Board Vacancy Announcement 

  
In order to fill an upcoming vacancy, the Bristol Virginia School
Board is accepting letters of interest and resumes for consideration for
a temporary appointment to the Board. The successful appointee will
serve until the position is filled via a Special Election (anticipated
November 2022).  Please submit a letter of interest and resume to:

All interested individuals must be a current resident and registered to

vote in the City of Bristol, Virginia.  Letters and resumes will be
accepted until noon on Friday, December 17.  A Public Hearing will
be held in conjunction with the Regular Board Meeting on January 6,
2022 in order to allow citizens an opportunity to address the Board on
this topic.
