Vision
FEI will continue to be the professional association
of choice for the corporate finance executive. We strive
to be the most contemporary, dynamic and proactive
organization of its kind. We are a powerful network
centered on a vibrant Internet community and local
meetings. FEI is member-service oriented, with value

We strive to be the eyes and ears of the average
finance officer facing the day-to-day challenge of
enhancing his or her shareholders’ investment. We help

this by providing information through diverse forms of

issues and high-quality programs. We help to identify

Code of Ethics
FEI’s mission includes significant efforts to pro-
mote ethical conduct in the practice of financial man-
agement throughout the world. Senior financial officers
hold an important and elevated role in corporate gover-
nance. While members of the management team, they
are uniquely capable and empowered to ensure that all
stakeholders’ interests are appropriately balanced, pro-
tected and preserved. This Code provides principles to
which members are expected to adhere and advocate.
They embody rules regarding individual and peer
responsibilities, as well as responsibilities to employ-
ers, the public and other stakeholders. Violations of
FEI’s Code of Ethics may subject the member to cen-
sure, suspension or expulsion under procedural rules
adopted by FEI’s Board of Directors.

Strategic Partners and Guests
I Chapter Member Categories and Annual Dues
• Active and Academic Members – Annual Chapter dues
of $285, with no additional charge for dinner meetings
and events.
• Other Member Categories – Members in the following
categories (whose status, other than for Out of Area
Members, is verified by FEI National) have the option
of (1) paying reduced annual Chapter dues of $40 and
a Member charge for each event they attend, or (2)
paying full Chapter dues with no additional charge for
dinner meetings and events.
• Members in Transition
• Retired Members
• Entrepreneur Members
• Out of Area Members – Live or work more than 100
miles from Phoenix.
• New Members – New Members who join the Chapter
prior to January 1st of a fiscal year pay full Member
dues of $285. New Members who join the chapter
after January 1st pay partial Member dues of $150.
II Strategic Partner Annual Fees
• Academic Level Partner – Annual Fee of $8,000, that
allows full page ad in Directory plus name recognition
and participation in academic awards.
• Platinum Level Partner – Annual Fee of $5,000,
which allows two representatives to attend dinner
meetings and Chapter events plus the following:

• Gold Level Partner – Annual Fee of $3,000, which
allows a single representative to attend dinner
meetings and Chapter events plus the following:

POLICIES

III General Policies Which Apply to Members,
Strategic Partners and Guests
• Membership dues and Strategic Partner fees are due
by August 31st of each fiscal year. If not paid by the
September dinner meeting, the Guest fee will be col-
lected and will be credited against the dues or fee if
payment is received by September 30th. If not paid
by September 30th, the Member or Partner will be
dropped as an active participant.
• Reservations should be made prior to the indicated
deadline by e-mailing the Chapter Management
Professional. (E-mail to feiaz-admin@cox.net ).
• Reservations for Guests may be made only by
Members and Partners and the Members and
Partners who make guest reservations are responsible
for paying for or obtaining the appropriate Guest fee
prior to the event involved. This does not apply to
the first meeting attended by Prospective Members
who are verified by the Membership Committee.
The Guest fee for Dinner Meetings is $45.00.
• Reservations made and not cancelled prior to the
reservation cut-off date are guaranteed reservations
for which the Member or Partner is responsible.
• Members and Partners who do not attend an event
for which they have a guaranteed reservation will
receive a notification by e-mail the first time it
happens in a fiscal year and thereafter will be
assessed the Guest or special member fee involved
for any additional guaranteed reservation no-shows
during the same fiscal year.
• Members and Partners are responsible for paying
for or obtaining payment for their Guest no-shows.
• Prospective Members, as verified by the
Membership Committee, are entitled to one no-
charge dinner meeting or guaranteed reservation
no-show and thereafter are responsible for paying
the Guest charge for attending Chapter events or
for being a no-show with a guaranteed reservation.
