REALIZATION, INSIGHT AND LEARNINGS
How can you describe a good leader? How does a good leader contribute to the
overall performance of the group in achieving their objectives?
Student’s Answer:

Many leadership qualities are common to successful leaders. The qualities that
influence goal achievement can create a clear vision, understand organizational culture,
focus on performance development, and encourage innovation. A good leader is not
about how much we take during the activities; it is all about how we can assure that the
team has great teamwork and is doing the right path to have a successful outcome.
For me, a leader should show consideration during the activities, like if they
need to understand the member if there is a valid reason and excuse themselves during
the conversation because we all know that each has a different kind of family. A leader
shouldn't be bossy where we should follow them even if we don't want to do it or remove
them from the group, not knowing why we are not participating during the meeting. The
leader should divide the task according to what the members can because they can do it
according to their specialism.
My conclusion is that a leader can be good or bad according to what
characteristics they can show in their members. From my experience, a good leader can
describe being more knowledgeable, understanding, and last, no one on the team can
criticize one of the members' ideas.
