That WE, JOSE ARMANDO C. RAMOS and JOSE LEONIDES S. DAVID, Filipino citizens of legal
age, married, with residence and postal address respectively at L4 B29 P2 Elm St. Vista Verde
Subd, Mambog, Bacoor, Cavite; and #13 Kaimito St., Northview, Batasan, Q.C., do hereby
name, constitute, appoint TYREEN S. LAURETA, of legal age, married, and resident of 99
Sampaguita St., Mapayapa Vill-1, Brgy Pasong Tamo, Q.C., to be our true and lawful attorney-
in-fact for us, and in our name, place and stead, to facilitate necessary paper works for the
selling of our property, Lot 2746, situated in Bagong Sikat, Narra, Palawan.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do
and perform any and every act and thing whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be done
in and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as we might or could lawfully do
if personally present, with power of substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying and
confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to done under and by virtue
of these presents.
