1. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Netwealth Consult Ltd is a private owned Wellness Centre. The organization recognizes
that humanity will only attain full potentials if properly trained and mentored on the right
platform. We help individuals, organizations and communities to realize and actualize their
potentials, cope with the normal stresses of life, enhance work productivity and fruitfully
contribute to their various places of work, businesses, among others.

We do all of these through training seminars, conferences, consultancy services and


workshops. We conduct consulting and training for organizations and companies.
Annually; we host different life-impacting seminars, some of which includes financial
independence and wealth creation seminar, strategic planning and goal setting seminar,
among other seminars within a calendar year.

Netwealth Consult Ltd is a Human Capital Development, Training and Wellness


Organization located in Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria. We see mental health as a phenomenon
relevant to us all. Providing training and support, we are dedicated to meeting the capacity
building and mental health immediate and future needs of the Youths, Adults, Families,
and the greater Community.

We are particularly interested individual’s personal development and as a result, we have


established empowerment and training capacities that encourages intentional relationships,

3.1. Project Description


The projected NAOWA WELLNESS CENTRES to be initiated across the country has
provided the needed platform for Netwealth Consult to bring to expression its full capacity
and strength in the services as required by the association which includes the following:
Psychotherapy and counselling, particularly for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder
(PTSD), depression, anxiety, grief, stress, suicidal thoughts, relationship issues,
adolescent and family problems.
Addiction counselling for persons dealing with alcohol, drug addiction and abuse.
Design and management of support group sessions for PTSD, depression and rape
survivors.
Virtual and telephone counselling services.
Community sensitization and awareness training for military communities.
Alternative and complementary therapies.
Out and In-patient rehabilitation services for persons living with drug addiction.
Nutritional therapies and programmes.
Running of wellness kitchen and restaurant.
Specialized fitness programmes for the Military, women and youths.
Running of the gym and swimming pool facilities.
Physiotherapy clinics.

Mrs. Olubunmi Esther Okonoda is currently the Head, Col. John Ekperare French
Language Centre of the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, Kuru, Jos. She
has 15 years’ experience teaching French language to policy makers and adult learners at
large. She has a first degree in French language from Ambrose Alli University, Masters in
French language from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Post Graduate Diploma in
Education, National Open University and is currently a PhD student in French language at
the University of Jos. She also has many professional certificates in French Language
including a certificate in Managing a Language Centre from CAVILAM, Vichy, France.
Mrs. Okonoda also has over 10 years business management experience and is a Director at
Netwealth Consult; a management consulting firm where she has facilitated workshops and
seminars on peak performance, handling difficult customers, time and stress management,
80/20 pareto principle, Goal setting for female entrepreneurs amongst others.
She is also the MD/ CEO of Bufoles Global Concepts Ltd a retail clothing organization

7.1. Project Overview
At Netwealth Consult, we make it our primary goal to support individuals, families and
service providers in making the best decision about their health. The health and wellness
project for NAOWA is one which clearly defines our founding goals and objectives as a
consulting firm, and as well provides us with the voice and platform to amplify our
purpose.
We consider the mental and physical wellness of every individual as the most important
resource for the future, and we are committed towards providing NAOWA wellness
centres across the Country with the best and most responsive public health and wellness
system.

7.2. Strategic Methodology for Project Execution

Core Project One: Psychotherapy and counselling, particularly for Post-Traumatic


Stress Disorder (PTSD), depression, anxiety, grief, stress, suicidal thoughts, relationship
issues, adolescent and family problems__________________________________________
Strategies:
1. Provide health and lifestyle information to help make healthy choices to
reduce the risk of issues relating to physical and mental stress.
2. Ensure that information concerning anxiety, depression, grief, suicidal
thoughts, among others, are available in all wellness centres.
3. Organize training, psychotherapy and counselling sessions that will provide
rehabilitation to those living with post-traumatic stress disorder.
4. Work with other ministries to target strategic health and wellness initiatives
that will particularly address the needs of youths, young adults and women
who are living with physical and mental stress/disorder of all forms.
5. Medical Consultations and pharmacotherapy where necessary for diagnosable
mental illnesses.

1. Develop networks and initiatives that improve access to Consultancy services
for PTSD, depression and rape survivors for NAOWA wellness centres.
2. Conduct health surveillance, assess and wellness report on health trends
within the NAOWA health priority areas, particularly for people living with
post-traumatic stress disorder.

3. Develop support group sessions coordinated by Netwealth Consult Ltd team
of consultants for PTSD, depression and rape survivors.
4. Utilize funding from NAOWA Board to put the wellness centre support group
sessions for PTSD, depression and rape survivors at the forefront of
prevention, monitoring and research.
Core Project Four: Virtual and telephone Counselling
Services____________________

Strategies:
1. Designing and establishing of social media sites that will help amplify the
voice of NAOWA wellness centres.
2. Creating social media platforms with a virtual user interface that will serve as
link between the NAOWA community and Netwealth Consulting.
3. Create a weekly, fortnightly and monthly virtual support group sessions and
counselling services that will be established on selected video conferencing
applications.
4. Providing separate mobile telecommunication channels - to be managed by
our ICT and Human Resource team – that will serve as feedback channel for
all counselling services.

Core Project Five: Community sensitization and awareness training for military

Strategies:
1. Find innovative and culturally appropriate ways to improve access to health
services for all NAOWA wellness centres, especially NAOWA community
who have not taken advantage of health services in the past.

2. Create pilot projects to remove inefficiencies and speed up access to mental
and physical wellness in the military communities.
3. Work with the NAOWA Board, ministries and non-government organizations
to support the NAOWA military community based projects for health and
wellness.
4. Develop training schedule for all mental and physical wellness program and
establishing health care strategies that will ensure that these training services
are organized, funded and delivered.

Core Project Six: Alternative and Complementary Therapies, Nutritional Therapies and
Programmes_______________________________________________________________

Strategies:
1. Consolidate and modernize continuing care policy and regulations, and also
expand community-based and home care and therapy services to enable
individuals to adequately and appropriately take care of themselves.
2. Developing assessment and case management for alternative wellness
therapies that will help individuals navigate through the health therapeutic
system.
3. Work with ministries and other partners to establish counselling and checkup
sessions for all therapy programs of NAOWA.
4. Provide access to long-term complementary therapy sessions and possible
home care therapy services.
5. Initiating and maintaining optimum therapy services which will be
appropriately managed and coordinated by Netwealth Consult support systems
and networks.

1. Work with fitness instructors that will provide training platforms for all fitness
facility and programs.
2. Collaborate with ministries and partner agencies to provide awareness that
will encourage participatory contribution of military women and youths in
fitness programs.
3. Develop specialized fitness sessions that will focus on specific mental and
physical needs and wellbeing of the individual.
4. Developing awareness through training to encourage more women and youths
to register and take fitness classes that will help curb mental and physical
stress-related health problems.

1. Create a weekly, fortnightly and monthly counselling session for those living
mental and various stress disorders.
2. Conduct research and develop innovative physiotherapeutic programmes
through our team of consultants for continuing care, and physiotherapy

   Screening
Considering that not all use of psychoactive substances constitutes a disorder, the screening
of client on arrival at Netwealth allows for the management team and the Client to

objectively answer the question: ‘Is there a problem with my use of alcohol
Or other drugs?’
Duration:5-10 minutes.

7.3.3. COMPREHENSIVE ASSESSMENT PROGRAM


When there is evidence of problem behaviour in the client during assessment, the
therapeutic team ascertains further the severity of the problem and its effects on different
areas of the client’s life. The assessment process is a collaborative effort between the
clinical team and client which end in the generation of a management plan.
Comprehensive assessment involves checking for:

Client’s motivation /readiness to change

7.3.4. DETOXIFICATION PROGRAM


Detoxification is often a key first step in the process of recovery for clients. At Netwealth,
detoxification can only be complete when a client enters, remains in and complies with

program protocol of an addiction management Program after he or she have been fully
made to withdraw from the substance of addiction.
Duration: Minimum 30 days

7.3.5. STRUCTURED NON-RESIDENTIAL PROGRAMME.


This programme is carefully designed to meet the needs of client who are able to arrive at
the centre for scheduled programs, are able or willing to follow program recommendations
and assessment suggests that outpatient programs are suitable and likely to be effective.
Exclusion criteria include medically or psychiatrically unstable persons. Such persons will
need the in-patient structured treatment programme.
Program components include:
Intake and assessment
Recovery planning
Group therapy
Individual therapy
Case management
Toxic screens as needed
Family treatment as needed.
12 step Meeting Attendance
The program operates 5 days per week, providing services from 9AM to 4PM
The number of days and length of treatment are determined according to in-dividual needs.
The average length of treatment is 12 weeks and above. Most individual attend all 5 days
during the week.
Duration: 12 Weeks and above.

7.3.6. RESIDENTIAL THERAPEUTIC PROGRAM


This programme is recommended for clients who require structured living, peer support,
highly intensive counseling and psychotherapies offered in a Therapeutic environment. The

daily life and activities in our Residential Therapeutic program are highly structured to
assist the client learn and incorporate functional life skills, relapse prevention techniques, a

9. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By doing business with Netwealth Consult Ltd, you agree to follow and be bound by these
terms of use, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
1. Contract Understanding: It is your responsibility to review these Terms of
Use periodically. If at any time you “NAOWA Board” finds these terms of
Use and Conditions for our business relationship unacceptable, please do
contact us for further clarifications and discussions.
2. Scope and Duties: Netwealth Consult Ltd reserves the right to retain and hire
Consultant to provide health and wellness consulting services to NAOWA
Wellness Centre Communities and Stakeholders.
3. Term: The term of this agreement shall be (3) weeks from the effective date.
4. Pricing: Except where noted otherwise, the list of financial cost displayed for
services to be rendered by Netwealth Consult Ltd may be subjected to review
from time to time due to the precarious economic realities of the Country and
the rate of inflation experience in recent times. This price review will be
subject to a mutual understanding between Netwealth Consult Ltd and
NAOWA Wellness Board.
5. Cooperation: Netwealth Consult Ltd acknowledges that cooperation and
communication are needed to complete our business relationship. We
encourage that while there will be monthly and quarterly reporting to the
NAOWA Board, there should also be direct access to the Board by the Lead
Person, so as to bring to the notice of the Board from time to time, the
highlights of operational management of the centres, advancement gained and
challenges faced.

Board, will be taken as a guarantee or promise regarding the outcomes of the
services or the success of Netwealth Consulting. The lead consultant makes no
such promises or guarantees. The lead consultant’s comments about the
outcomes of our services are expressions of opinions only, as the success for
the services can only be truly guaranteed by a smooth working relationship
between both business organizations.
7. Authority: The lead doctor/consultant hereby acknowledges that he has the
requisite authority to enter into this contract on behalf of Netwealth Consult
Ltd for terms and conditions for a business working relationship with
NAOWA Board and Wellness Group.
