STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

INTRODUCTION

My name is Gurvinderpal Singh . I have done my 10th from Holy Child Convent School ,Nanital affiliated
to I.C.S.E Board in 2014 with 72% after that I did my 12th from same school and board in 2016 with
74.5% in Commerce stream. I have studied three main subject Economics, Commerce and Accounts
with 68,65 and 75 marks respectively. Right from my early academic years, I was clear about the
direction in which I wanted to steer my career. This clarity has made it effortless to select commerce for
my intermediate studies and Business Administration for my bachelor’s degree.

I have scored 6.5 Bands in IELTS.

FAMILY BACKGROUND

I belong to family. There are member in family including me, my father Jagdev Singh who is my mother
Ravinder kaur. My family is fully capable of financing my studies in Canada . I have already paid my
tution fee for first semester and also availed GIC to fulfill my living expenses.

Why Mechanical Engineering Technician at Canadore College

I have selected International Business Management which is 1 year program. This course provide direct
hands-on experience. In this era of in-demand International Business Management require skilled
workers. This course will help me to make my future in Business . As the modern business world
adapted to the pattern of globalization, the vastness of knowledge required to perform well as a
professional has broadened extensively. The backbone of the contemporary business is maintained
upright by resourceful administration that can oversee procedures and execute them with a strategic
goal. I wish to amp up my skills through higher education. My search for a course that provides
theoretical and practical learning possibilities has brought me to the Certification international business
Administration from your esteemed College .

WHY I DECICDED TO CHOOSE CANADA

My decision to pursue studies in Canada as I believe that studying in Canada will give me better
professional skills and prospects. Moreover, study of my native country and study of Canada has vast
difference in teaching methods. Still, in India, there are traditional teaching methods used, whereas in
Canada there are more modern teaching methods such as use of smart classes, spaced learning, wifi
campus, audio-video aids etc.

As the education system in Canada provides flexibility which is needed for the vast and rapidly changing
fields and diversity in studies. Apart from this, after studying in Canada it enhances my interpersonal and
communication skills which have a positive impact on my future. Canada is among top countries of the
world which provide me practical as well as theoretical knowledge. Canada is a very attractive place for
students to get better quality education.

A Canadian diploma and degree is globally recognized. Natural resources of Canada, top quality of
human resources and stable macroeconomic fundamentals will broaden the horizon of my knowledge
with real one of finance beyond to bookish. The policy of Canada encouraging the multicultural diversity
which resulted in welcoming environment which ensure that people customs and traditional preserve
there not only this reason I have decided to be there Canada plays a vital role and remain at fore front of
the technology trends.

ABOUT MY FUTURE PROSPECTS AND PLAN

By having conversation with various individual who have studied in Canada, I realized that this program
will enable me to visualize things from global perspective which will ultimately have favorable impact at
the workplace where, I will work. After completing my study in Canada, I will look best offer for me
throughout the other country. If, I get best option in Canada or any other country( including India) I will
prefer to work there.

I am confident that I have completed my entire study permit requirement. Kindly permit me visa for
study in Canada so that I can join my classes on time.
