VISITOR VISA APPLICATION FOR XYZ – PASSPORT NO – XYZ

I am writing this letter to support the visitor visa application of my friend Ms. XYZ (born XYZ, Passport No
XYZ). XYZ will be visiting me in Montreal, Canada from October 15 th 2016 to November 15th 2016. She
intends to spend her annual vacation with me and visit some of the tourist attractions in Canada as she
loves to see new places.

I am requesting you to consider XYZ’s visitor visa application as I have stayed with her and her family for
several months in the past and I am very keen to repay her hospitality towards me. I am looking forward
to showing her the incredible beauty of Canada and allowing her to experience its culture firsthand.
Being a keen traveler, she has visited several countries like UK, Malaysia, Dubai, Egypt and New Zealand
in the past and is extremely excited to visit the Northern hemisphere now.

I am a permanent resident of Canada (<ID>) and have been working as a <Position> at <Company>
(<Employee ID: XYZ >) from past 8 years. Please find attached copies of my passport, permanent
residence card, IMM 1000 proof of landing, and my employment letter stating my annual income.

XYZ will be staying at my apartment for the duration of her stay. I have a rented apartment at <Address>
with a contract that is valid up to May 2017. Please find attached a copy of my rental agreement. During
the course of her stay, XYZ will manage her own living expenses and will return to India on 15 th
November 2016. She is a fundamental part of a startup in India (<Company Name>) in India and cannot
afford to be away from it for more than a month.
