    Quality Work Instructions for COVID-19 SYSTAAQ Amplification

    Note: Thaw all reagents at room temperature. Vortex and short spin it before use.

    For each RNA sample prepare a reaction mix according to the table below: Include sufficient

    reactions for positive and negative controls.

    Reagent Required for each sample

    RT Mix 13 µl

    Internal control 0.5 µl

    Final Volume 13.5 µl

    Pipette 13.5μl of these mixes into each well according to your qPCR plate set up.

    Pipette 7 μl of RNA template into each well, according to your plate setup.

    For negative control wells use 7 μl of RNase/DNase free water. The final volume in each

    well is 20.5 μl.

    Seal the tubes.

    Now sample is ready, Place in SYSTAAQ AB QuantGene and run the program.
