PHYSICAL SELF

Submitted by: Dianna Lynn L. Molina (BSA-1-3)

ACTIVITY 1: Evolution
ACTIVITY 2: Essay

1. Which part of your body are you most proud of? Are you not happy
about? Why?
> Honestly, I am proud of all parts of my body. I love how God created me, as I
know that I was created according to his image. I love everything about me. But
the one I am most proud of is my eyes. I feel like it is my asset, not only because
of its physical appearance. It has been mentioned by many that the eyes is the
mirror of our soul. I believe it is true. Most of the time, my friends told me that
my eyes could tell my emotions. It is so expressive that even if I was unable to
tell a word, someone can understand me. I also adore my eyes because they are
my tools for seeing the beauty that surrounds me. I am able to experience the
wonders of creation with these eyes. I can see the joy on my loved ones' faces.
Not only that, but my eyes can keep me safe at all times. It helps me see what's
ahead of me. That is why I consider my eyes to be the most precious part of my
body.
There is nothing I am dissatisfied with, I am proud of what I have. Despite of how
many flaws others see in me, I think God created me wonderfully.

2. If you were given a chance, which part of your body do you want to
change? Why?
> To be honest, we all have the feeling that something is wrong with our bodies.
Sometimes we want to change a certain part. The same holds true for me. I
believe I wanted to make a slight change to my nose. I desire Liza Soberano's
nose. Liza's nose is known for being high and pointed, and I aspire to have a nose
like hers because mine is flat.
However, this does not mean that I am dissatisfied with how I was created. I am
proud of whatever I have. So, even if given the opportunity, I will continue to
value natural beauty. After all, my attractiveness is the most important thing
about me. God created our body as a work of art. That is a constant.

3. What is your ideal body? Describe the body you want to have.
> My ideal body is an hourglass body shape, as well as a healthy body. I believe
the hourglass form is the most attractive body shape for women. Hourglass
shape means your hips and bust are almost equal in size, and you have a well-
defined waist that is thinner than both. Your legs and upper body are likely
proportionate, your shoulders may be slightly rounded, and you most likely have
a rounded buttocks.
