ANSWER 1:

The budget given by the organization to be compensated should be considered and then

plans should be formulated The organizations' profitability should be calculated on an annual

basis. on the basis of which the amount to be paid as compensation can be fixed. Employees

compensation should be reiewed by employers on a regular basis.

ANSWER 2:

While making a plan company should consider that what is basically the problem with the

employees and then decide how many paid off leaves should be given on which conditions. Paid time off
is voluntary benefit that organizations offer to employees to give them down time and a

chance to deal with non work issues. The most important step is to have an established policy which is
clearly communicated to all employees.
