UNIVERSITY’S AWARDS CEREMONIES

OLD ROYAL NAVAL COLLEGE, GREENWICH

This year the University is holding Awards Ceremonies for the above school in July. The
Ceremonies will be held at the Greenwich Campus, in the Old Royal Naval College Chapel,
Greenwich.

All students who have completed their studies, or who could complete by 30 June 2011 will be
entitled to attend a July ceremony.

Before completing the invitation reply form please read the information brochure which is
available on our website www.gre.ac.uk/awards and, to avoid the disappointment of not being
able to attend a ceremony, you should respond by the deadline of 6 May 2011. We are unable to
accept entries after the closing date. Please complete Sections A, B, C, D and, if applicable, E and
F of the reply form and return it to the address given on the form.

It will not be possible for you to choose the time of your Ceremony, exact details of your
individual Ceremony and the number of guest tickets allocated to you will be sent to the email
address given on your reply form. This will be sent in early June when the numbers of
applications are known.

You can apply for a maximum of three guest tickets and we hope to issue all tickets as requested.
However due to the capacity of the venues we are unable to guarantee more than two guest tickets
per student and reserve the right to return unsuccessful applications. You can apply for extra
tickets but these are not guaranteed.

We hope that the brochure and our website will provide all the information you require to make
your Ceremony a successful and memorable occasion. If you require additional information,

To provide access into the main halls of the Chapel and Painted Hall we have a Stairmate machine, which carries wheelchairs up the
interior steps. Due to the technical specifications of this machine we are required to ask the following questions;
