Project: FINANCE TECHNOLOGY ROADMAP(FTR) Jul 2018 to till Date

Scrum Master Location: Houston, TX, USA

The project FTR establishes a common, scalable platform for Finance and HR that is integrated with current
operational systems. Drive efficiencies for intercompany transactions and increased visibility across the
enterprise. Enable more efficient and effective “engagement” with customers, suppliers and employees through
automation, self -service, and portal capabilities. Refine task placement criteria for all finance activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Lead Workday Financials Implementation for Retail, including requirement gathering, integration readiness,
tenant validations.

Kroger
Scrum Master Location: Cincinnati, OH, USA

The project Scan, Bag, Go allows shoppers using a handheld scanner or a mobile app on a customer’s phone to
scan and bag items as they shop. When finished, customers simply download the data to the store’s self-
checkout scanner, pay for the groceries by credit card, cash, or check.

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Facilitate scrum ceremonies (grooming, sprint planning, review, retrospectives, daily stand-ups etc.,)
 Work with Product Owner to assign functional test priorities and focus.
 Keep track of the new requirements / change in requirements of the Project.

The project involves providing Application development and maintenance services to Kroger.  The said services
include activities required to support, maintain, enhance, and develop/implement new production transactional
and analytical Application Systems. The support for Application Systems includes the application and logical
layers of intra-Application interfaces and databases associated with such Applications in Kroger’s environment.
Kroger Applications include centrally hosted applications and locally installed store applications.

USA. ELC is in process of transforming its IT and infrastructure landscape. The goal of the Estee Lauder Data
Centre Migration program is to support movement of Applications services and infrastructure from the existing
CSC & Non-CSC Data Centres to HCL data centres.

 Support App Team (Remediation and Testing Team) with system information (ADD/AID) documents, KT

(PAS) called the ‘Adaptik Ecosystem’ that would replace the existing Legacy systems. It encompasses Adaptik
Policy Writer, STG MajescoMastek, CGI Ratabase, DtC, and in-house & external integrating components.

Project: Westpac – Project Gateway Apr 2015 – May 2015


Technical Test Lead (Westpac) Location: Sydney, NSW, Australia

Project Gateway is a project resulting from an agreement between Westpac Group, BT LMI and a third party
(known as “Arrow”) to provide an integrated LMI offering to the Group’s mortgage Lending Channels.
Lenders Mortgage Insurance (LMI) is a premium charged to customers when their loan value ratio (LVR) for a
loan application exceeds certain thresholds. LMI insures the lender against loss resulting from default of the
borrower where sale of the insured security property does not fully clear the outstanding debt – it does not
cover the borrower.

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Involved in preparation of Test Cases and Test Data, execution, defect reporting & tracking.
 Creation of overall test plan for the project and lead delivery of testing from onshore.
 Preparing effort estimation, Test execution, Test review and Defect Management.

Test Lead (Polaris/Citi) Location: Hyderabad, TS, India

DMS (Document Management System) provides all document management and tracking functionalities which
includes document filing, managing documents, tracking lifecycle of documents, receiving documents via fax,
sending documents via fax/email, and accessing documents. DMS provides secure access to all users via
browser. The easy access to documentation improves overall operational efficiency, as all documentation is
instantly accessible as required. To reduce the amount of paper use and to make searching for files easier,
documents are digitized and sent to the system. Once uploaded, they can be searched by using account
information or by a simple text search. The documents can also be printed, e-mailed, faxed, or simply viewed on
your computer. DMS provides both tracking capabilities and image integration along with extensive reporting
capabilities. With the help of DMS, user can control the document introduction process. Users are also able to
introduce non-standard documents manually through the system

Technical Test Analyst (Polaris/GE) Location: Hyderabad, TS, India

The main aim of this project is to convert the existing MS Access based project to a web-based project using J2EE
architecture. This project will unify different applications inside one portal. All applications will have same look
and feel, and usability interface and access are controlled by SSO validation process.
