Zaloni CRICKET League-2021

Rules for the Zaloni Cricket League (ZCL)

1) A team must be comprising of a team name with eight members in it including one
captain.

2) Matches will be played with 06 members from each team. The captain has to submit
the name of playing 06 players before the toss.

3) The tournament will be played in league formation followed by semi-finals and final.

4) All the league matches will be of 6 overs a side. The semi-finals and final will be of 8
overs a side.

5) A minimum of 3 members of the playing 6 will have to bowl in a match.

6) A win will carry 2 points. Decision of a tie in all the matches will be done by super
over. The rules of super over will be as per ICC rules.

7) All the rules regarding runs in the Zaloni Cricket ground will be same as that of
earlier ZCL season.

8) The decision of the umpire will be considered as the final decision.

9) The players must be in proper sports attire (Jeans, sandals, shirts etc wont be allowed
as per club decorum)

The ZCL committee will be the competent authority for implementation as well as
formulation of rules and regulations for the tournament and their decision will be final
regarding any issues relating to tournament rules.
