COMPRESSOR UNIT: Single Stage, flood lubricated, asymmetrical lobe, rotary screw type. Unit equipped
with tapered roller bearings high load carrying capacity. Standard fluid fill is Sullube.

MOTOR: 230/460V, IP54 High Efficient, Class F insulation, squirrel cage induction type. 40°C (104 F) maximum
ambient temperature.

DRIVE: The drive between the compressor and motor will be statically tensioned belt drive design.

INLET AIR FILTER: Heavy-duty dry type. 99.5% Efficient Per SAE J726C. Oversized for longer life. Filter is easily
replaced.

AIR/FLUID HOUSING & ASME pressure relief valve, exclusive fluid filler to prevent overfilling;
SEPARATION SYSTEM: fluid level sight glass; molded media, high efficiency, long life air / fluid separator element; minimum
pressure check valve.

COOLING LUBRICATING Fluid removes heat of compression from compressor unit and is circulated by air pressure
SYSTEM: differential (no auxiliary pump) though air-cooled heat exchanger with separate IP 54 motor driven fan
mounted for updraft discharge. Full flow fluid filter with fluid thermal bypass valve, “O” ring seals are
used on fluid connections, Maximum operating temperature of air-cooled coolers is 40°C (104 F) .

FLUID FILTER: Spin on fluid filter for ease of service.

CONTROL: The capacity control system shall be load/no load type control using microprocessor system.

PROTECTIVE DEVICES: The compressor safety system shall consist of high discharge temperature, main motor overload
and fan motor overload

MICROPROCESSOR Start/stop pushbuttons, power on light, machine running light, service reminders, fault
CONTROLLER: light with fault reason display, Readouts for run hours, load pressure, unload pressure,
line pressure and unload minutes. Manual/automatic run selection, language selection and
compressor sequencing.

ENCLOSURE: Equipped with sound enclosure for low noise emission.

GENERAL: All components are assembled and mounted as an integral package. Main motor and compressor
are mounted on vibration isolators. Corrosion resistant control tubing and fittings are standard.

OPTIONS AVAILABLE: Receiver tank and mounted dryer and filter
