Option 1 o Go to www.cobbk12.org
(best) o Select “Find It Fast” (top right-hand corner) and choose “Naviance”
o Go to your school’s website

o Select “Find It Fast” (top right-hand corner) and choose “Naviance”
o Go to your school’s Naviance native login site
(https://student.naviance.com/school’saccountname)

o See below for specific school account names
o Select “Student”

- Do NOT just Google “Naviance;” The results will not get you to where you need to go!
- If you’re given a choice, make sure you are choosing to login using CLEVER.
- If you don’t know your Microsoft Office 365 username and password, you can find that
information in StudentVUE.

General Troubleshooting
1. What internet browser are you using?
- Use Google Chrome as your internet browser.
2. How did you access Naviance?
- Make sure you accessed Naviance through CCSD or Allatoona’s websites, NOT Google
or another web search platform.
3. Are you already logged into Office 365?
- If you are already logged into your Office 365 account, you will be automatically
routed through Clever and be logged into Naviance.
4. If you were prompted to, did you log in through Clever?
- Make sure you logged in using the Clever option on the Naviance login page, if you
were prompted to.
5. Have you cleared your cache in Chrome?
- In Chrome, in the top right-hand corner, click the three dots, then “More tools,” then
select “Clear browsing data…” Ensure the three boxes are checked and select “Clear
data.” Try logging in again.
6. Who can you reach out to?
- If all else fails, email your school counselor.
