prepared pan. Bake for approximately 12 to 15 minutes till it has light brown color. Place on a wire rack
for nearly 10 minutes for cooling. Lessen oven temperature to 325°.

In a large bowl, whisk the first seven filling ingredients till blended; stir in 3 cups coconut. Pour over
crust; sprinkle with the rest coconut. Bake for around 25 to 30 minutes till light golden brown. Allow to
cool in pan on a wire rack. Use parchment paper for lifting, take away from pan. Cut into bars.

wished.

In a large nonstick skillet, heat 1 tablespoon canola oil over medium-high heat. In pan, in concentric
circles, place a third of the pot stickers, flat side down; cook for around 1 to 2 minutes till bottoms have
the color of golden brown. Add 1/3 cup water carefully (water may splatter); lower to medium-low heat.
Cover while cooking for approximately 4 to 5 minutes till filling is cooked through and water is almost
absorbed.

Cook while uncovered for an addition of 1 minute till water is completely evaporated and bottoms are
crisp. Repeat with the rest pot stickers.

Add green onions and sesame seeds to sprinkle before serving. Serve with sauce.

On a work surface, slide parchment paper. Use a kitchen towel to cover one cookie. In the center of the
other cookie, place a fortune; loosen cookie from parchment paper by using a thin spatula. Fold cookie
in half over fortune strip in order for the edges to meet; hold edges together for nearly 3 seconds.

Place center of cookie over the rim of a glass; press ends down gently to bend cookie in middle. Cool for

approximately 1 to 2 minutes with each side till they have the color of golden brown. Place on paper
towels for draining.
In a saucepan, combine the first five sauce ingredients. Set to a boil. Combine the cold water and
cornstarch till smooth; stir into boiling mixture. Cook and stir for approximately 2 minutes till thickened.
Serve while the sauce is still warm with egg rolls.

Stir in the almonds, broccoli, sunflower kernels, pepper and salt. Cook while covered for an addition of 3
to 5 minutes till broccoli is crisp-tender and rice is tender. Fluff by using a fork.
