What strategies will you use to improve the situation?

Answer.
To improve the current situation, I will use to visit them in their home regularly enable to
know them personally and to have a positive rapport between me and the parents. I will
set schedule for a meeting with the parents and create an association it will be call as
“Parents-Teacher Association”. As a teacher, I will be flexible and sensitive enough to
both parents and students to hear their concerns. To have their trust on me, I will set
myself as a role model because I believe that building a positive attitude inside the
classroom starts on me. And I will reinforce and reward positive behaviors because
praising students in their positive behavior is simple, yet powerful, it is the best way to
motivate them to do their best. Through these strategies, it will help the students to cater

The title would be “Strategic Intervention and Effectiveness Towards Social Status of the
Grade 4 Students”. As a teacher, I will conduct this study because I know it will help and
benefit both parents and students. In able to conduct this study, I will propose it to the
Principal for approval and I will prepare the necessary materials that are needed. I will
solicit and find an in-kind donation enable to provide some needs of the students and
even the needs of the parents as part of the process during the research.
