APPLICATION & PERFORMANCE

LZ-1643 additive is a premium quality non-chlorinated, extreme pressure (EP) Gear Oil Additive system, designed to
produce lubricants for use in automotive, light-duty or heavy-duty axles and heavy-duty non-synchronized manual
transmissions. LZ-1643 additive will produce superior performance GL-5/GL-4 service classifications & industrial gear
oil meeting USS-224 requirements with appropriate base stock.

STORAGE, HANDLING & TOXICITY:

When handling this product, chemical type goggles and impervious gloves should be worn. Appropriate respiratory
protective equipment should be used during heating operations. In the event of a release or spill adsorb on fire
retardant treated sawdust, diatomaceous earth, etc. and dispose of at an appropriate waste disposal facility. A
Maximum temperature 60°C should be observed for blending and handling. However it is strongly recommended
that for blending and long term storage the temperature should not exceed 60°C.
