State Level Online Paper Presentation Competition

RULES AND REGULATION FOR PARTICIPANTS
Team Formation

1. Maximum number of participants in a team is TWO

2. No participants can be part of more than one team.
3. A team should be from the same college /Institute.
4. There is no restriction on the number of teams from the same college /Institute.

Paper Format Rules

1. Paper should be in two column format .
2. Abstract may not exceed the limit of one Page and paper should not exceed 10 pages.
3. The front page should have title of paper on the top and the details of the team members at the bottom.
4. It should have abstract attached.
4. Font style for text: Times New Roman.
5. Font size for text: 12 points.
6. Font size for headings: 16 points.
7. Font size for sub-headings: 14 points.
8. Margin of 1 inches from all sides. Line Spacing 1.5

 Paper Selection Rules:

1. All participants must submit their paper on given GOOGLE FORM LINK before due date.
2. After submission of the soft copy, a panel of judges will go through the papers and if you are shortlisted to give the
presentation, you will be communicated on registered email.
3. The decision of judges will be final and no arguments or appeal will be entertained.

Presentation Rules:
1. The paper submitted and selected for presentation will have to be presented on the scheduled date of event.
2. The Teams will get 10 minutes to present their paper followed by question and answer session by judges.
4. The participants will have to present their papers in MS-Power Point (ppt) format only.
5. The online platform for online presentation is Microsoft Teams.
6. The organizers reserve the right to change/update the rules of the contest at any point of time and will do their best to inform
to participants of the same. However, it is ultimately the responsibility of the teams to keep themselves updated.
