Memorandum of Understanding Between

Yocket and Mar Ivanios College,

Yocket:
Yocket (Avocation Educational Services Pvt Ltd) is a study
abroad venture started off in February 2015 as a partnerproduct
of Stupidsid to help students who wish to pursue masters
abroad. Since then, Yocket has been the quintessential ‘study
abroad’ partner for lakhs of students.
Yocket has assisted over 500,000+ students in coming closer to their dreams.
Yocket’s mobile application and web interface have become the
constant companion of students applying abroad. With their
services now branching out to diverse fields of study in multiple
countries, Yocket is set to become the number one destination
to guide studentsin planning, managing and executing their
dream of pursuing studies abroad.

Duration:

This MoU shall commence from the date of signing of the MoU
and shall be valid till the completion of all deliverables from
both parties. All Logo mentions, advertisements, website
mention/link, and branding will be done as mutually decided
by teams of bothparties.

1. Database of Students (2500(email-id & phone number)

Deliverables From Yocket:

1. Yocket will provide “Rs. 7,000” as the sponsorship amount for being
the Study Abroad Partner.

Payment:
• 50% payment by Yocket for 50% of the Deliverables is completed by Mar Ivanios
College .
• 100% Payment by Yocket once all the Deliverables is completed by Mar Ivanios
College .
• Only Bank transfer will be made by Yocket.
• All the bank details must be provided in the invoice generated by Mar Ivanios College
.

• Mar Ivanios College must inform 1 week prior for any payment to be made by Yocket.
 Terms & Conditions:

● The terms of this MoU will be applicable till the culmination of the
event or upon a request for withdrawal by either party, whereby
any commitments till such date willbe honoured.

● Any use, mention, or placement of Yocket’s Logo on any

advertisement, event, orbranding material will be utilized only
post approval from Yocket’s Team.

● All additional branding elements (if any) will be mutually

discussed between bothparties.

● In case Mar Ivanios College team doesn’t fulfil any of the

deliverables mentioned in the MOU, Yocket will not be liable to pay
any sponsorship amount or carry on with any of the pending
deliverables, vice versa.

● Both parties will work together in good faith to make the

Collaboration a grand success.
