2. What urge or motivate you to indulge into exercise/workout?


- my motivation to indulge in exercise is simply, wanting to feel better and
healthier.

3. What are the change you have observed in your self after participating in
to fitness?
- As we all know, when are exercising our brain cells function at the higher
level. The increased blood flow to your brain will make you more alert and
awake. Which is elevate your mood for the day. means when I'm exercising
I'm feel more happier and joy full.

4. How can you encourage the new generation to participate into fitness?
- I will encourage them that they need to exercise because exercise is
important to the health and well -being of children. Physical activity helps
build and maintain healthy bones, muscles, and joints It can help maintain a
healthy body mass index and reduce the risk of diabetes, high blood
pressure, and heart disease later in life. This will help children fall asleep
quickly and sleep well.

Generalization:
- I realize that new young people need to be taught to discipline themselves
that they need to exercise for their bodies so that they can avoid body aches
and be healthy.
