G. PRIVACY POLICY & TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT

By you registering and submitting your Personal Data for SRIE 2021 and its online platform, it shall constitute that you had consented,
acknowledged and agreed for the Selangor Research & Development and Innovation Expo (SRIE) and its employees, contractors,
consultants, partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsor and members to use and process your Personal Data for the Purpose and in the
manner as identifies hereunder.

For the purpose of this Notice, “Personal Data” means information about you, from which you are identifiable, including but limited to
your name, identification card number, birth certificate number, passport number, nationality, address, telephone number, credit or
debit details, race, gender, date of birth, email address, any information about you which you have provided to SRIE in pursuit of the
job application, irrespective of its forms or nature that has been or may be collected, stored, used and processed by SRIE from time
to time and includes sensitive personal data such as data relating to health, religious or other similar beliefs.

The provision of your Personal Data is voluntary. However, if you are unwilling to provide SRIE with your Personal Data, you shall not be
able to register as the visitor of the SRIE 2021 (physical and online platform)

SRIE may use and process your Personal Data which shall include, without limitation the following (“the Purpose”):

• For internal administrative purposes, such as auditing, data analysis and database records;
• Compliance with its obligations under the laws;
• To promote and give updates on the activities, initiatives and programmes of SRIE 2021, its partners, advertisers, and/or
sponsors;
• To notify and invite you to events or activities organised by SRIE, its partners, advertisers, and/or sponsors;

If any of the Personal Data that you have provided to us changes, for example, if you change your email address,

✔ Organiser's Terms of Reference
1. The term “Organiser” shall mean the State of Selangor. The State of Selangor has appointed Newfair (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd to
manage SRIE 2021. The term “Exhibitor “shall include all employees, servants and agents of any Company, partnership, firm or individual
to whom space has been allocated for the purpose of exhibiting.

2. This application is legally binding on the exhibitor pending its acceptance or rejection by the organiser. If accepted, the
application constitutes a legally binding agreement with respect to the exhibition stand and rental thereof as detailed in the organiser’s
order confirmation or in any other communication from the organiser.

3. The stand site shall be taken into use not less than 24 hours prior to the opening of the exhibition. In default of this, the organizers
are entitled to dispose of the site as they see it.

4. The Exhibitor undertakes to abide by all ‘Rules and Regulations’ as laid down on this application and by any other special
regulations as the organizer may deem fit to introduce and any laws, by-laws and rules and regulations as set forth by any relevant
authority.

5. Only articles which the Organiser consider to be in accordance with the aim and direction of the exhibition in question fulfil
reasonable qualitative requirements may be exhibited.

6. The Exhibitor is not entitled to any refund of stand rental either in whole or in part or to any form of compensation if heating, air
conditioning or supply of water and electricity are curtailed due to circumstances beyond the Organiser’s control.

7. The Organiser are not obliged to refund of stand rental if forced to cancel or postpone an exhibition due to act of war, special
measures taken by local or central government, strike, lockout, civil riot, fire, flood or any comparable circumstances. The Exhibitor is
entitled, however, to first refusal on a stand site the moment the exhibition can be held again, as well as to a certain reduction in stand
rental. The Exhibitor shall not be entitled to any form of compensation in addition to that.

8. Limitations of liabilities
a. The Organiser will not themselves be responsible for the safety of article of any kind brought into the exhibition by the exhibitors,
their servants, agents or contractors, member of the public or any person whatsoever.

b. The Organiser shall not, in any event, be held responsible for any restriction or condition which may prevent the construction,
erection, completion, alteration or dismantling of stands, or for the entry, sitting or removal of exhibits, or for the failure of any services or
amenities provided by the hall landlords or for the cancellation or part-time opening of the exhibition either as a whole or in part, or for
amendments or alterations to all or any of the rules and regulations caused by circumstances not under their control.

c. Exhibits shall be placed at the Exhibitors’ own risk and the Organiser shall not be held responsible for any theft or loss of the exhibits.
Exhibitors are advised to fully insure all exhibits against loss or damage including risk of fire during the tenancy of the Exhibition.
8. Limitations of liabilities

9. Insurance
a. Exhibitor shall make sure that they are fully covered by insurance and take-out public liability and comprehensive protection. The
period of liability of the Exhibitor shall be deemed to run from the time the Exhibitor or any of his servants, agents or contractors first enters
the exhibition halls, and to continue until all his exhibits and property have been removed. The exhibitor shall insure, indemnity and hold
the Organiser harmless in respect demands and expenses to which the Organiser may in any way be subject as a result of any loss or
injury arising to any person (include members of the public or the organizer staff, agents or contractors) howsoever caused as a result of
any act or default of the Exhibitor, his servants, agents, or contractors or invitees. If the Organiser so demand the Exhibitor shall provide
proof to the Organiser that the Exhibitor has adequate insurance cover.

10. Cancellation & Refund Policy


a. Exhibitor must present a written intent of cancellation by emailing it to sales@srie.com.my. Booth cancellations received on or
before 18th October 2021, will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the total cost of the booth. Booth cancellations received on or after
18th October 2021 will be charged a fee equal to 100% of the total cost of the booth.

11. Supplementary Clauses


a. Whenever necessary, the Organiser shall have the rights to issue supplementary regulations in addition to those in the TERMS AND
CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT to ensure the smooth management of the exhibition. Any additional written regulations and instructions shall
form part of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT and they shall be binding on the Exhibitors.

12. Exhibitor shall not assign this TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT without the express consent of the Organiser in writing.

13. Exhibitors shall bear the responsibility and expenses for the transport of exhibits to the exhibition venue.

14. Exhibitors shall make their own arrangement for storage and warehousing of their exhibits.

15. No exhibit will be allowed in or out of the exhibition hall without a delivery order or clearances sheet.

16. Exhibitors shall remove all exhibits from the exhibition hall within the period stipulated by the Organiser and shall indemnify the
Organiser against any loss by reason of the delay or damage (if any) to the exhibition hall.

17. Security
a. The Organiser shall take all security precautions in the interest of the Exhibitors and visitors. However, the Organiser shall not be
held responsible for any loss or theft of exhibits at the exhibition hall during the built-up exhibition and dismantling period. The Organiser
shall also not be held responsible for any loss or damage to exhibitors or any articles belonging to the Exhibitors.

18. Interpretation
a. The construction of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT herein will be governed by the law of Malaysia.

G. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

✔ I have read and agreed with all the terms and conditions stipulated by the SRIE. I also understand that our choice of booth(s)
and/or location can only be confirmed upon 50% payment made for the rental of our booth and subject to its availability at
the time of allocation. All decisions by the organiser is final.

18. Interpretation
