The CMO No. 4 s. 2020, also known as the "Guidelines on the Implementation of Flexible Learning."
presents the general guidelines for implementing and adopting flexible learning in the higher education. Davao
Oriental State University’s mandate in providing the quality education amidst the pandemic; posed great
challenges in the implementation of the CHED Memorandum.

In line with the CMO, the Research Office would like to conduct an assessment to determine the capacity of
