Answer Remember portion on page 7 and 8, then


summarize the key concepts using the concept definition map.

Answer Check your Understanding with the guided questions of


SLM on Page 8.

Reflective Learning Sheet: Reflections on Page 8 about What to


do to avoid – Dehydration, Sweating, Thirst; Overexertion or
Overtraining, Hyperthermia, Hypothermia.

Answer Assessment part on Page 9. Do it on a separate sheet of


paper.
