Goals
This study examines the evaluation of HR goals in organization.
During our study and project we found that Human resource
department of Bank Alflah goes through detailed job analysis
process. They evaluate the position or vacancy options at
different levels and also find out the responsibilities and duties
of that position. Their recruitment process includes job fair at
different universities, advertisement through newspapers and
at their website over internet. They follow the detailed
HR goals at
selection process. They perform almost every step of selection Bank Alflah
process. After completing selection process they help new
employees to be settle down for job. They provide training to
their new employees. They also help their employees in career
development. Time to time they review and update their
human resource database and evaluate it for promotion of
employees.

which has enriched our growth as business management students.

Abstract

orientation process is very supportive and good. They also help their employees in career
development by giving them training and information about their performance and
motivate them by giving bounces and other packages. Time to time they review and
update their human resource database and evaluate it for promotion of employees.
