For Class V, VI, Vil, VIII & X : This exam will be conducted on 26 December, 2021. Selected number of students from Prince Olympiad-2021, Phase-l (held on 31 Oct., 2021 & 21 Nov., 2021) are eligible to participate in Phase-II examination. Phase-II will be conducted in Offline Mode at Campus-1 (Old Campus), Prince Education Hub, Palwas Road, Sikar (Rajasthan). Syllabus for Phase-II Examination is same as Phase-| Examination, The schedule of the exam day is as follows : (a) Arrival of participants & their parents : 04:00 AM to 10:00 AM (b) Breakfast (at Prince Academy CBSE) : 07:00 AM to 10:00 AM (c) Registration and Seat Allotment : 07:30 AM to 10:15 AM (d) Sitting in the examination hall : 10:15 AM to 10:30 AM (e) Exam. Time : 11:00 AM to 01:00 PM (f) Paper & Answer-Key discussion : 01:00 PM to 01:15 PM (g) Lunch (at Prince Academy CBSE) 2 01:15 PM to 02:30 PM (h) Result declaration 03:00 PM (i) Award Ceremony : 03:00 PM to 05:00 PM (j) High Tea & Departure > 05:30 PM Note : (i) Willing students & their parents can reach Prince Education Hub campus on the prior day 7) (8) (9) of the examination. Dinner & night stay facility will be provided by Prince Education Hub free of cost. (ii) Breakfast, Lunch & High Tea will be available for all the students & parents without any cost. (iil) Transport facility will be provided on the day of examination by Prince Education Hub from Sikar Bus Depot / Railway Station on the prior day evening and day of examination without any charge. Students must bring their Prince Olympiad Admit Card / Marksheet copy, Last Class Marksheet / Permote Certificate Copy & ANY ONE ID PROOF (Aadhar Card / School ID Card or any other). ‘Awards will be given on the basis of rank in Phase-II examination on the same day. There is no compulsion of admission in Prince Education Hub for awards.
