How important is technology in education ?

With a sudden introduction of a wide range

of devices and the Internet, students got the opportunity to make the learning process
much easier and more interesting. Therefore, my group would like to introduce to the
whole class a new electronic device for learning English. It’s called smart pen.
Let’s start with the structure of the pen. The first part that makes the pen to be amazing is
the smart speaker. It allows us to listening to any English songs. Especially the speaker
even plays all lectures that are recorded in the memory of the stylus pen. With this
function, we will never miss any important lessons. So amazing , isn’t it ?
The second part of the pen is the translator. It helps us to translate all the new words we
says and give a variety of examples. Not only translate the new words but also check
your pronunciation. You just need to record your voice and the pen will compare it with
the pronunciation of native speakers. So you can improve your pronunciation easily
without spending money on any English centres and it’s considered as a soulmate of
many people who usually get in trouble with their pronunciation.
The final part that makes the lessons to be more interesting is the quizzes and games
system. The pen can pose plenty of quizzes during the lesson to help us feel relax and
improve our grammar and vocabulary. If you feel so bored with your lesson and stressful,
you can play connecting words with the pen. Sounds unbelieveble right, but it’s the truth
that the pen is as a highly-skilled person in playing connecting words.
And now it’s time to learn how to use the smart pen. To start the pen, we long press the
“on/off” button until the welcome sentence is emitted. To turn off the pen after use, we
just need to hold the “on/off” button until the power indicator goes off. Last but not least,
you can change to any languages by press the language button, it will switch to another
language base on your demand.
To sum up, smart pen helps us to improve our skills: Listening, speaking, reading,
writing. Furthermore, it reduces our moneys which we spend on studying languages, with
smart pen we can study at home effectively without any supports from everyone. Finally,
smart pen help us to relax and eliminate stressful after a long lesson.
