Good day, I hope this email finds you well. I am writing this letter to submit an
interesting proposal which will benefit the company by maintaining the well-being of the
employees. I am proposing a Comprehensive Mental Health Project in the organization
to promote mental health awareness and improve the overall mental health condition of
the employees which will result to increased productivity and quality of work. Creating a
mentally healthy workplace will lead to reduced absenteeism and good performance.
One of the major contributors of mental illness is excessive stress, this project will
encourage people in the workplace to maximize their health potential, build and
strengthen resiliency and improve recovery for mental health issues in the long term. In
addition, this project will provide tips and ways for the employees to cope up or manage
stress. Taking care of physical health is as important in taking care of mental health,
recognizing and promoting mental health is essential in creating a safe and healthy
work place which will result to a good performance of the employees.
