ADMIXTURES FOR CONCRETE

Water Reducing Plasticizers .

SPRMC 808 S 11 B Low Dosage Water reducer- plasticizer with retarding effect, used for Dams, canal
lining, road works, light or heavy prefabrication, ready-mix concrete,and pumped
concrete. Ideal for Ports where cohesive and dense concrete is essential.

SPRMC 808 S 11 E Water Reducer Plasticizer ideal for dams, canal linings, water retaining structures such
as swimming pools. Doesn’t allow shrinkage cracks, homogeneous, cohesive, uniform
quality concrete

IWSP 102 Low dosage non retarding- concrete plasticizer for regular grade concrete. Good
workability, and very high early strength characteristics at higher dosages. Ideal for
precast or cement optimization in concrete.

IWSP 103 Non retarding plasticizer for concrete. Imparts Good workability and strength
characteristics & uniform quality concrete. Ideal for cement optimization and precast.

IWSP 102 SF Plasticizer for concrete, imparting very high cohesion and good workability to concrete.
Provides good packing in concrete matrix, ensuring higher concrete impermeability.
Ideal for industrial floors, thermal power plant cooling towers, sugar factories
processing and stocking bays and so on.

Medium Range Water Reducing Superplasticizer .

SPRMC P 1 Water Reducing superplasticizer, for high workability concrete. Ideal to optimize
cement content for a given mix. Ideal superplasticizer for precast concrete. Zero
Chlorides. Ensures uniform quality concrete.

SPRMC P 7 Superplasticizer for pumpable concrete, where heavy reinforcements are used. High
workability, non segregating mix, where high early strength is required. Ideal for
reducing cement consumption.

SPRMC P 9 Water Reducing superplasticizer, for high workability concrete. Ideal to optimize
cement content for a given mix. Very high Early strength, Ideal superplasticizer for
precast concrete. Zero Chlorides. Ensures uniform quality concrete.

High Range Water Reducing Superplasticizer .

SPRMC R-244 High Range Water Reducing Superplasticizer for slump retaining application. Ideal
admixture for concrete where high slump is required to be maintained for long periods.

SPRMC R-270/271 High Range Water Reducing Retarding Superplasticizer for slump retaining application.
Ideal admixture for flowing concrete where high slump is required to be maintained for
long periods. Non segregating mix, for uniform quality concrete.

SPRMC R-265/268 High Range Water Reducing Retaring Superplasticizer for slump retaining application.
Ideal admixture for concrete where high slump is required to be maintained for long
periods. Superior performance in hot weather. Low compaction required, good for high
reinforcement congestion areas, where compaction may be difficult. High workability
retaining admixture for transport of fresh concrete. Non segregating mix, for uniform
quality concrete. Ideal for RMC Can be used in concrete mixes blended with silica
fumes and high grade concrete mixes.

SPRMC R-259 Medium Range Water Reducing Retarding Superplasticizer for slump retaining
application. Ideal admixture for concrete mixes with GGBS where slump is required to
be maintained for long periods. High early strenght even with GGBS blended concretes.
High workability retaining admixture for transport of fresh concrete. Non segregating
mix, for uniform quality concrete.

SPRMC R-295 High Range Water Reducing Retarding Superplasticizer for slump retaining application.
Provides flowing concrete in low water cement mixes. Ideal admixture for concrete
where flowability is required to be maintained for long periods. High flow concrete, for
heavy reinforcement areas. Non segregating mix, for uniform quality concrete. Ideal
for Ready Mix Concrete Applications. Maintains high flow concrete, for long periods.

SPRMC R-40 High Range Water Reducing Superplasticizer for low water cemen concreting such as
industrial flooring, PQC, precast. Produces flowing concrete for high grade mixes, at
low water contents. Maintains workability for short periods, provides very high early
strengths. Produces dense concrete matrix, reduces impermeability & ideal for cooling
towers of thermal plants, or reduction in cement contents.

SPRMC R-45 High Range Water Reducing Superplasticizer for low water cement concreting such as
industrial flooring, PQC, precast. Produces highly durable, flowing concrete for high
grade mixes, at low water contents. Maintains workability for short periods, provides
very high early strengths. Produces dense concrete matrix, reduces impermeability &
ideal for cooling towers of thermal plants, sugar factories processing areas,chemical
warehouses and so on.
Special High Range Water Reducing Superplasticizer .

SPRMC PC 850 Low dosage Super plasticizer, for high grade concrete. Used for ultra high grade of
concrete consisting of microsilica, GGBS or/and fly ash. Produces highly durable high
performance concrete. May be used for precast applications.

SPRMC PC 855 Super plasticizer, for very high grade concrete. Used for ultra high grade of consisting
of GGBS, microsilica or/and fly ash. Produces highly durable high performance
concrete. May be used for precast applications.

SPRMC RPC 961 Superplasticizing retarder used for high grade concrete applications, where long
transport times are required. Ideal for the RMC industry where high performance
concrete is mandatory

SPRMC RPC 964HW Hot weather Superplasticizing retarder for arid climates used for high grade
concrete applications, where consistent concrete performance is required. Ideal for the
RMC industry where high performance concrete is mandatory

SPRMC RPC 965 Superplasticizing retarder used for high grade concrete applications,where long transport
times are required. Ideal for the RMC industry where high performance concrete is
mandatory

SPRMC RPC 481 Superplasticizing retarder used for mid grade concrete applications, where long transport
times are required. Ideal for the RMC industry where high performance concrete is
mandatory. Produces highly flowing concrete. May be used for cementatious blends
with mineral admixtures such as fly ash /microsilica.

SPRMC RPC 920 Superplasticizing retarder which can be used with any cement for high grade concrete
applications, where long transport times are required. Ideal for the RMC industry where
achietectural concrete is required. Produces highly flowing self consolidating
concrete, which can be cast into intricate moulds for aesthetic finish.

Rapid Cast 320 Accelrating Superplasticizer, for precast concrete. Provides low period of workability,
and extremely high early strengths. Can provide upto 100 % compressive strength
within 72 hours of cast.
Air Entraining Admixture .

Intra Air AEA 101 Air Entraing admixture to enhance durability especially to concrete exposed to
fluctuating cold and hot weather cycles. Concrete produced using AEA 101 is less
susceptible to shrinkage cracking or damage by frost.

Intra Air AEA 501 Superplasticized Air Entraing admixture to enhance durability especially to concrete
exposed to fluctuating cold and hot weather cycles. Concrete produced using AEA 101
is less susceptible to shrinkage cracking or damage by frost.

Intra Air AEA 33 Admixture developed for foam-concrete applications such as Cellular Lighweight
Concrete blocks, Slabs etc where low density concrete products are required.

Water Proofing Admixtures .

Integral It is used in concrete mixes to reduce the impermeability of concrete. Contains long
Water Proofer chain polymers which minimize capillary formation enhancing durability. Ideal for RCC
slabs and structures such as swimming pools, water tanks, under plint concreting
footings, dams, canal linings, cooling tower of power plants etc

Integral Water Hydrophobic waterproofing compound. It is used in concrete mixes to reduce the
Proofer (powder) impermeability of concrete. Contains long chain polymers which minimize capillary
formation, enhancing durability. Ideal for RCC slabs and structures such as swimming
pools, under plinth concreting footings, Ideal fo RCC slabs and structures such as
swimming pools, water tanks, under plint concreting footings, dams, canal linings,

IWSP 105 Superplasticizing waterproofing admixture for pumpable applications. Ideal for RCC
slabs and structures such as swimming pools, water tanks, under plinth concreting
footings, dams, canal linings, cooling tower of power plants etc

Master plaster Water proofing compound for plaster work using natural or manufactured sand.
MPCS 101

Master plaster Water proofing compound for plaster work using natural or manufactured sand. Has self
MPCS 102 SC curing properties + exceptional bonding to substrate. Ideal for Sprayed plaster.
Expansive Additives .

Strextra EG 555 Controlled expansive material to be used in grouting of cement slurry or cement mortars.
Platicizing effect allows lower water and thus higher strengths

Strextra EG 666 Two component gaseous expansion grout for sealing slim sections such as tie-rod gaps

Accelerators .

Acclerator 103 Water reducer plasticizer accelerator, reduces the setting time of cement. Faster higher
strength, with enhanced workability. Ideal for fast rotation of formwork, precast
elements and application where fast strength is essential. Zero chloride.

Acclerator 2080 Water reducer plasticizer accelerator, reduces the setting time of cement. Faster higher
strength, with enhanced workability. Ideal for fast rotation of formwork, precast
elements and application where fast strength is essential. Zero chloride.

Acclerator 511 Water Reducer plasticizing accelerator for Plain concretes. Early strength, early setting
characteristics where eliminating breakages and mould rotation is important

Rapid Cast 321 Super plasticizing Accelerator based on polycarboxylate technology. 100% strength in
72 hour for casting. Zero chloride. Ideal for large contractual precast jobs where mould
rotation is utmost important.

Set ACC 811 Set accelerator & strength enhancer for severely retarded concrete. Ideal for winter
concreting where ambient temperature is very low. Chloride free.
Retarders .

Retardex 321 Retarder for cement setting. Ideal for hot weather applications.

Retarder Ex Retarder used to recycle returned concrete. Can delay the set of concrete by +2 days.
After set of the concrete, strength is achieved equal to or greater than that of
conventional concrete without admixtures.

RMC CSA 701 High performance retarder, providing uncompensated workability for very long periods.
Primarily to re-salvage concrete in transit mixer.

Surface Retarder Surface retarder for architectural finish concrete. Ideal for exposed aggregate concrete.
SR 986 Ideal for pathways, mould release, concrete surface finishes, precast members etc.

Pipe Master V-101 Water reducing admixture for vertical-vibration cast RCC pipes of diameters upto 6’.
Reduces the water demand, increases the density & provides a mirror finish to the RCC
pipe.

Rapid Cast 321 Accelrating Superplasticizer based on Polycarboxylates, for precast concrete.
Consistently provides extremely high early strengths. Can provide upto 100 %
compressive strength within 72 hours of cast. Ideal for Mega projects where speed is of
essence.

VTNB A-1 Superplasticizing admixture for homogenizing dry mix concrete mortars such as
cementatious bricks, pavers, block manufacturing concrete tiles, dividers, kerb stones etc
Significantly reduces curing period and provides first grade manufactured products.

RS 237 Specially chosen superplasticizer blend which imparts very high fluidity and early
strength to steam cured precast elements. Specially designed and used by railways for
manufacturing concrete sleepers.

Foam Crete 333 Foaming additive developed for CLC blocks and slabs.
VTNB E-8 Accelerator for manufactured concrete products such as Pavers, interlocking
tiles, cement bricks, dividers etc. Improves strenght and reduces curing time.

IWSP SC Admixture designed to retain moisture in the concrete mortar and enable the
concrete to hydrate without the necessity of external curing, i.e. it is self curing.
