1.    Create a fitness workout program designed at home to keep your health and immune
system improved. 

Example:

Why do you need to perform flexibility and strengthening exercises to improve performance?
Explain.

Exercising our flexibility allows greater movement in our body which is significant to perform
better physically. Increased strength and flexibility can improve our aerobic fitness training,
muscular strength and endurance, and sport-specific training.
