Hempadur Quattro
XO 17820
Product description
Hempadur Quattro XO 17820 is a PSPC qualified,
two-component, pure epoxy universal primer with 80% volume
solids, excellent abrasion resistant, anticorrosive properties,
and can be reinforced with Hempel patent fibre technology.
The product is available with different levels of aluminium
and fibre pigmentation to deliver tailor made optimised
performance properties for different harsh service conditions.

Typical use
It offers simplicity for shipyards, superior corrosion protection for
owners and operators and it is designed for all year application.

Hempadur Quattro XO 17820

• as a universal epoxy and self-primed high performance
coating system for atmospheric or in-water service to
protect basically all general areas of the vessel
• water
 ballast tanks to be coated according to IMO-PSPC
requirements
• as primer and intermediate coat for marine top coats
• for all year application from -10ºC/14ºF to 45ºC/113ºF
• for in-shop applications where fast recoating and handling
is required
