1 Subscribe (v): /səbˈskraɪb/ Đăng kí, kí tên, đặt
Definition: to pay an amount of money regularly in order to receive or use something mua

Eg: Which journals does the library subscribe to?
We subscribe to several sports channels (= on TV).
Note: subscriber (n)/ subscription (n)
2 subscribe to sth (phrasal verb) = believe in sth Đồng ý, tin tưởng
Definition: to agree with or support an opinion, a theory, etc.
Eg: The authorities no longer subscribe to the view that disabled people are unsuitable
as teachers.
I subscribe wholeheartedly to this theory.
3 Addict (n) /ˈædɪkt/: Nghiện
Definition: a person who is unable to stop taking harmful drugs OR a person who is
very interested in something and spends a lot of their free time on it
To be addicted to sth
Eg: a heroin/drug/nicotine addict/ a video game addict
He's addicted to computer games.

4 Social networking (n) /ˌsəʊʃl ˈnetwɜːkɪŋ/ Mạng xã hội
 Definition: communication with people who share your interests using a website or
other service on the Internet
Eg: a social networking site tips for safe blogging and social networking
5 Cyberbullying (n): /ˈsaɪbəbʊliɪŋ/ Khủng bố qua
Definition: the activity of using messages on social networking sites, emails, text mạng internet
messages, etc. to frighten or upset somebody
Eg: The school provides guidance for parents on how to deal with issues such as
cyberbullying.
6 Instant messaging (n): /ˌɪnstənt ˈmesɪdʒɪŋ/ Tin nhắn tức thời
Definition: a system on the Internet that allows people to exchange written messages
with each other very quickly

Definition: to invent a new word or phrase that other people then begin to use

Definition: to change or to make something change so that there is greater variety

Definition: not able to be separated

Definition: a newspaper of this size with short articles and a lot of pictures and stories
about famous people, often thought of as less serious than other newspapers

Definition: a newspaper printed on a large size of paper, generally considered more
serious than smaller newspapers

Definition: a newspaper or magazine that deals with a particular subject or profession

Definition: to be produced or published

Definition: to turn the pages of a book, etc. quickly and look at them without reading
everything
Eg: I've only had time to flick through your report but it seems to be fine.

Definition: to slowly and carefully explain something to someone or show someone how
to do something
Eg: She walked me through the six-page document.
He'll walk you through the procedure.
