Introduction
This document defines and describes Safetica Professional Services. We provide
Professional Services to maximize our customers’ outcomes and improve their satisfaction
with Safetica products. The document merges main services introduced in Safetica Partner
Program – Health Check, Implementation and Safetica Support SLA – with the list of
remaining professional services, to complete the portfolio of potential services delivered to
customers together with Safetica products.

Our partners may provide these services to their customers independently if they meet Tier
certification requirements for main services or if they include them in their portfolio. In other
cases, Safetica will provide these directly to customers, once required.

According to Safetica Partner Program it is required from some of the partners in certain
cases to order these services together with Safetica products, or only recommended in other
cases.

The rules when and for whom such order is mandatory and when only recommended to
include the professional services in the order are set in the program.

Main Safetica Professional Services


Implementation
Implementation is pre-paid service designed to deliver configuration of Safetica products to
customers according to our best practices and customer requirements. This service includes
everything needed to successfully implement Safetica solution. Its description is divided to
three separate processes according to a used product Tier: Safetica Discovery, Protection
and Enterprise.

Health Check
The scope of Health Check service is designed to check the Implementation of Safetica
based on customer’s environment, their requirements, and Safetica Best Practices. The goal
is to provide recommendations of changes of the configuration, help with implementation of
customer’s requirements or application of best practices, leading to better security state of
Safetica-covered environment. Service is provided within one man-day of work.

Safetica Support SLA


Safetica Support SLA is a set of support levels delivered to a customer, once ordered.
Premium SLAs, like Silver or Gold Support, are necessary and important part of any Safetica
Implementation, especially for huge-in-scope implementations or customers who require
professional, proactive, direct vendor support. Safetica is able to provide this exclusive
service worldwide to any customer necessary.

This document describes all possible levels of Support SLAs in greater detail, with full scope
and overview of provided actions.

All SLA levels are provided according to conditions stated in Terms of provision of Support.

Additional Safetica Professional Services


Customer Success Manager
Dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) whose primary goal is to make the customer
successful. CSM drives Safetica adoption and helps achieve the desired outcomes earlier.
CSM advocates for the customer and orchestrates the customer's journey towards their
goals.

Safetica Security Assessment


This service is a type of Safetica trial that focuses on uncovering data security, behavior
analysis, and computer utilization. During the process, only the logging features are utilized.
The output of Security Assessment is the Security Audit report. In the post-sales stage, the
report helps you recommend and implement the most effective Safetica configuration,
without having to guess what data and channels might need protecting in the customer's
environment.

Safetica Security Assessment is a great way of introducing Safetica to customers who need
a DLP solution but do not yet have a clear idea about scenarios to cover and vulnerabilities
to protect.

Safetica Product Training


We will help familiarize you with the Safetica Management Console in a short training. During
the training session you will gain information about Safetica Installation best practices, basic
console navigation, access management and account creation, examples of test scenarios
and more. (First Run Wizard settings, Downloader Agent and Client deployment)

Safetica as a Service
Nowadays, SaaS is a very popular and effective method of product delivery. Safetica is not
an exception. By providing our best practices during Safetica delivery, Safetica in-house
team is able to implement a full-scope configuration, including the product maintenance,
regular reporting and other benefits.

Consulting Services
Services mentioned below are delivered in form of (pre-)paid packages that are dependent
on provided man-hours/man-days; only actually provided consulting time is billed. All

services are connected to Safetica Implementation and product portfolio and surrounding
environmental components.

■ DLP Consulting: After successful Safetica Implementation, in post-sales phase of a


project, Safetica offers consulting options connected to additional DLP configuration,
policies optimizations and more.

■ Security Consulting: During Safetica Implementation phases, it is possible to discuss


set of security recommendations connected to data protection, general security and
more.

■ Professional Consulting: Safetica core teams consist of variety of security experts.


Safetica offers their best practice and expertise in form of professional consultations
about MS SQL Server, Safetica Database and Safetica Server Prophylaxes, as well
as other topics.

Data Classification
Data classification may be challenging. Safetica core-team have expertise in data
classification gained throughout the years participating on hundreds of DLP projects. Using
multiple methods and 3rd party tools it is possible to find the best way to classify data and
protect them with Safetica DLP afterwards. This advanced service is provided only ad-hoc,
after previous agreement with Safetica.

Security Awareness Training for Employees


Do you want to educate employees from security point of view? Are you trying to evangelize
users in regard to modern security standard? Then this remote employee training session is
the right choice. The session is suitable for everybody and considers all platforms –
computers, smart devices, and network components, as well as general security-related
information.
