Performance Standards:

Direction for the Performance Task: Each group will create a website using HTML with the help of CSS.
The website is about an Online Group Portfolio for the whole quarter. The following are the must have(s) in
their HTML Group Portfolio.

 Homepage- Opening page of the website. Must consist of title of the group, pictures related to the group
and navigation bar for the different webpages.
-Name of the group
-Creative images of the group
-External Style Sheet
 About Us- Consist of information (ex. Hobbies, skills, talents or achievements) about the group and its
members.
-Image tag
-Video Tag
-Style tag (Inline Style Sheet or Internal Style Sheet)
 Content of your Performance Tasks in Filipino Subject (Collaboration with Filipino Subject)
-Description of your PETA in Filipino
-Video(s) of your PETA is Filipino
 Contact Us- Contact Information of the group
-mailto tag
-email logos link to the email

This will present to the class by the said deadline.

Goal: Create a HTML Online Group Portfolio about their own Group. It should be consisting of the above
requirements and Output of the PeTa in Filipino

Role: Your group or team will choose a role from the following list for the creation of the HTML program.

 Leader- the leader will lead the group and by the presentation, He/She will introduce his/her group
members
 Programmer- the programmer will be the main encoder/programmer of the group. He/She will execute
the HTML Online Portfolio.
 Presenter- the Presenter will introduce the Online Group Portfolio and will explain elements, tags and
attributes they use in creating the website.
 Researcher- the Researcher(s) will help the group by researching for the efficient tags, elements and
attributes to use in their Program. They will be asked in the middle of Presentation.

Audience: The Ramon Pascual Institute Community will assess the performance of the Grade 9 students in
creating their own Online Group Portfolio using HTML.

Situation: The Grade 9 students will create an Online Group Portfolio as a PeTa requirement in Computer and
Filipino subect.
