EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
In essence, our product, Pizza in a Cone, is food that you can eat with two hands, one for
handling and the other for capturing the anticipated cheesy cheese, pineapples and tomato sauce
that can ruin your day, maybe in your clean hands or a fresh washcloths. Despite the availability
of a variety of stores that are easily accessible, need little planning, and are affordable, many
millennial and teens want to reduce their appetite. That is why we wanted to start a company that
will provide us with opportunities in terms of free time.

Pizza (Greenwich, Pizza Hut, Yellow Cab and many more) is the most well-known and iconic
foods available today, so we created our cone pizza product, Pizza in a cone style, which you can
eat anywhere you are. Any people do not think about it at all. We believe that this is why it was
invented: people needed to feed while keeping their other hand free. Different stores around the
world sell their own varieties of pizza, but we need to boost ours to appeal to more customers. It
has the potential to increase creativity while decreasing hunger, and it is particularly beneficial to
millennial.

We expected our pizza in a cone to be the leading snack house with excellent service nationwide
after five years in the industry.

There are many competitors in the industry, but we think we have an advantage over the others.
A member of our team is required to take a business-related course. We already have a solid
understanding of how to run a company. Not only do you need a good experience, but you also
need good corporate ethics, social responsibilities, and virtues to succeed

Putting a smile on a customer’s face is everything to us. Previous happy clients of UNICONE
include:

 The millennial are Pizzone's future buyers. Being more innovative with the menu, design,
and even staff presence or action is one way to turn the attention on the millennial crowd.
The product should be instagrammable. According to the National Restaurant
Association, millennial like to eat at places that offer a variety of options at low prices, as
our snack shop provided. Because of social media's impact, millennial nowadays tend to
buy what they know will look good on their social media accounts. Everyone should love
Pizzone foods, and it's a perfect way to gain mealtime freedom, despite our discrepancies
from other.

We would like to launch a company that is not only interested in making a profit, but also in
creating a brand that people won't forget. Pizzone is known for its variety, creativity, and
adaptability. The twist is that instead of expecting just one, we are multiplying your satisfaction
with variations. We have a willingness to prepare food that is justified.

We know that everyone is deeply in love with tortilla with different fillings. We know how
people enjoy tortillas with various fillings, so we thought, "Why don't we make a food where
instead of a simple dough, we make a tortilla bread with a twist?" Rather, we will make a cone
out of tortilla bread and fill it with various food. This what differs from other businesses and not
every company operates in this manner. While working on this product, each of us can, in some
way, improve our strengths, expertise, and self-confidence, which will allow us to meet the
challenges of the business world.

PROPOSED SOLUTIONS

Pizzone is a one-of-a-kind product that we will sell in Cabanatuan City; it is pizza in a cone. Due
to the high demand for our product, we are eager to accept franchisees and open new branches in
27 various parts of Cabanatuan City so that we can operate and expose our product to a wider
range of people. With this, we will be able to pay our taxes from opening a new branch, allowing
us to function and ensure that the product we are serving to our customers is safe. As a business
owner, our objective is to create cuisine that gives our consumers a positive experience.

Covid-19, one of the world's toughest threats, is now affecting the world as we know it. As a
result, our team agreed to run the Pizzone on walk-ins and deliveries. Monday to Sunday,
deliveries will be made. Starting at 8:00 a.m. and ending at 6:00 p.m. Customers are charged a
fee based on their place, which starts at 20 pesos. Customers will get free delivery after making a
maximum of five orders. Other customers who are near to our shop will come in to relieve their
craving. And we also offered to give their payment with a Gcash and also COD or cash on
arrival.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER
Pizzone reserves the right to reject cancellation of orders beyond the required lead-time, as such:
 If the customer cancels an order 18 minutes before the scheduled delivery/pick-up date,
the customer will be charged a cancellation fee of 10% of the total purchase price or of
the actual cost (damage) incurred, whichever is higher; or
 If the customer cancels an order within or 18 minutes of the scheduled delivery/pick-up
date, no refund will be made.
 Customer is only given 3 minutes to cancel their order from the time the customer service
representative puts down the phone. The order can no longer be cancelled after 3 minutes.

AGREEMENT
In signing this document below, Ms. Kim Heidelyn Bondoc and Mr. John Carlo S. Tan confirm
their agreement to the terms and conditions laid out in this business proposal and form a binding
contractual agreement beginning on the date of signing.
