All the Principals of Junior Colleges (Government and Private) in the State are
informed that the Online Classes for the Intermediate Students were conducted from
1st luly, 2021 through TSAT and Doordarshan.

Now the Government of Telangana issued orders for conducting Classes in Physical
Mode in all Educational Institutions from 1't September 2027 vide reference cited. In this
regard, Tentative Annual Academic Program (Calendar) for the academic year 2021-22 in
respect of all the Junior Colleges (General and Vocational Courses) is as follows.

Working Days for Junior Colleges should be 22O days, rationalized in Board 48 meeting.
Due to COVID-19, during July and August Online classes are conducted; hence working
days 47 (Online) + 173 (Physical) = 220.

All the Managements of Government/Private Jr. Colleges are informed that according
to Annual Calendar of 2O2O-2t and as per orders of the Government of Telangana the lr.
Colleges were closed for summer vacation from 26-04-2021 to 30-06-2021. Fu rther,the Last
working day was 24-04-2021 in the academac year 2020-21.

All the Principals/Managements are requested to follow the instructions furnished

1. In this academic year 2O2t-22 summer vacation is from 14-04-2022 to 3L-OS-2O22

and the last working day for the academic yea( ZO2|-ZZ shall be L3-04-2O22.
2. In addition to the vacation, all Sundays and Festival days declared by the
Government of relangana should be strictly observed as holidays. Any deviation
shall be viewed seriously.
3. Admissions should be made only in accordance with the admission schedule
announced by Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education.
4' No college should employ marketing strategies like appointing public relation officers
or any such personnel for canvassing their case.
5. No advertisement should be carried out through hoarding, pamphlets, wall writings
etc.
6. No advertisement should be made through electronic media or print media.
7. All the principals of un-aided Junior colleges are instructed not to resort to issue of
advertisements with inducements amounting to violation of Rule 7 of Andhra pradesh
public Examinations (prevention of Malpractice & Unfair means) Rules 1997 issued
in
G.o'Ms.No.114, dated 13.05.1997. Any vioration noticed wil be deatt under Law.
8. All the private college managements are hereby informed that if they do not send
the qualifled lecturers for spot varuation camps, stringent steps disciplinary action
would be taken against them.
