TECHNICAL STUDY

A. Product Description

Café Amoré will offer variety of hot and cold coffee with unique delicious taste

and aroma so captivating that will let the customer-patrons promise for a constant

comeback. Other offers of the business are other refreshments -- baked goods, pastries

and desserts where customers can choose according to their liked flavors.

C. Facilities and Equipment

The proponents who are dealing with a coffee business, should have the

finest, durable, and quality tested vending machines, and other cooking/baking equipment

that are convenient and user-friendly. All facilities and equipment should also be hazard-

free to secure protection among employees, the business itself and of course the

customer-patrons.

On the other hand, all of the future-to-use facilities and equipment should have

renowned brand names for efficient and long to last services.

Café Amoré as a coffee shop will also provide the finest experience of customer-

patrons with its offer -- both freedom and privacy to its loyal customers as it has areas

designed to accommodate everyone and all while drinking their coffee.

D. Labor Requirements

The proposed project aims to minimize personal services yet, maximize

productivity and outcome through the utilization of multi-tasking principle to observe

among employees and employer-owner/manager. This business will just have six (5)

employees including the manager to run the initial operation. High class training and

proper orientation will be done to all hired employees to ensure quality service. All

employees are required to have their Philhealth and SSS with the necessary deductions

from their salary.

E. Waste Disposal

Waste management or proper waste disposal should be one of the major

considerations in running a business as proper disposal contributes to clean business

surrounding/environment.

In an environmental-friendly manner is easy. Café Amoré with the help of their

utility personnel who regulates proper waste disposal, and with the other employees, they

will conduct daily maintenance in cleanliness. There will garbage bins or receptacles for

every kind of waste – biodegrable, non-biodegrable and recyclable bins. The

management will ensure that garbage will be collected by the municipal garbage trucks

once or twice weekly.

Café Amoré with the help of their utility personnel who regulates proper waste

disposal, and with the other employees cooperating, will see to it daily maintenance of

cleanliness will be observed in the business environment.

To be an environmental-friendly business, the management will assure that Café

Amoré will never use plastic utensils that greatly affect the environment.

F. Utilities

The proposed project is definitely in need of power and water utilities in which

the former will be supplied by the Zamboanga del Sur Electric Cooperative II

(ZAMSURECO) and the latter by the local water system of the municipality of Buug.

Telecommunications should also be used as one necessity of the business which will be

powered by the three (3) major cell phone signal providers - the Globe, Smart and Sun

Cellular. The plan to have Internet connection will be run by the PLDT-Fibr’. In case of

power failure and water scarcity, generator and big water tank should be respectively

ready to not interrupt business life and activities.

G. Drainage

Construction of drainage shall be under the supervision of an engineer to ensure

that construction meet the standards. The drainage system shall be filled with pipes to

avoid future leakage and shall be connected to drainage system of the place for water

waste to easily run through. Every now and then, the management should check and

monitor drainage/drainage system to address immediately needed repairs.
