Terms & Condition

1.GST: The Rates Quoted are Basic ,GST would be Charged extra . The current rate of GST is @18%.Please note that any change in
GST at the Time of supplies will be to your account.
2. Delivery : Within 3-4 weeks from the date of purchase order acceptance.
3.Payment Terms: Advance Payment.
4. Quotation Validity- 10 Days from the date of submission for acceptance and order placement.
5.Offer Validity for supplies: Offer valid till: 28-11-2021 on acceptance of PO placed on us.
6. All our Packing are 20LTR for primer & Thinners & 10 LTR drum for PU finish which is quoted request you to release the PO with
quantities that can be supplied suitably.
7. Any quantities less than 300 LTR the transportation will be on TO PAY basis or will be added in invoice as per actual cost.
