SUBJECT: STALL WARNING HEAT CONTROL MODIFICATION

ON REPLACEMENT WINGS

MODELS AFFECTED: SERIAL NUMBERS AFFECTED:

PA-46-500TP Meridian 4697141, 4697161, 4697086, and 4697020
PA-46-350P Mirage 4622041, 4636041, 4636142, 4636143, 4636313,
4636341, and 4636379

COMPLIANCE TIME: To coincide with next regularly scheduled maintenance event, but not to exceed
the next 100 hours time in service

APPROVAL: The engineering aspects of this service document have been shown to comply
with the applicable Federal Aviation Regulations and are FAA approved.

PURPOSE: Installation of Stall Warning Heat Control Modification Kit, Piper Part Number
(P/N) 88452-002, is required by AD 2008-26-11. See Piper SB 1192 dated
September 15, 2008.

On the serial numbers affected by this special advisory, service replacement

wings were ordered and installed in 2008 or later. The replacement wings
installed on the affected airplanes were delivered without the required kit.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. If not already accomplished, order and install one (1) Stall Warning Heat Control Modification Kit,
P/N 88452-002, per affected wing.
2. Make a logbook entry indicating compliance with this special advisory.
