made .For Redesign same Extra charges will be implimented .
Govt Fees and any other charges made by muncipality borne by client itself.
For uploading documents , Owner must provide all related documents as per checklist , what ever necessary for
muncipality , we are not responsible for collecting documents from agents or any other govt.offices.

Our Responsibility is only to do Predcr drawings and Structural Drawings and uploading documents as per
byelaws of muncipality
Please finalized Plan before Commencement of any work.
This quotation is valid only for 3 months from today as mentined above date

Technical documents:

1. Site photographs (north, south, east and west including approach road).
2. Site plan pdf duly signed by owner of the property, architect/structure engg.
3. Location sketch duly showing the surrounding developments.
4. Common affidavit certificate duly signed by owner of the property, Architect/structure engg.
5. NALA conversion proceedings.
6. Market value certificate per square yard unit rate.
7. Revenue sketch duly earmarking the site under reference duly signed by mandal surveyor and tahsildar.
8. NOC's from varient departments if in case any water bodies, nalas, gas pipe lines, kuntas, ftl etc.

Ownership documents:
1. Sale deed or GPA (if any)
2. Link documents.
3. Patta passbooks along with title deeds.
4. Pahanis (such as kasara, chesala).
5. Latest ECs.
