 ELPISDESIGN LLP SCOPE OF WORK

This document consists of the details of the Services and Deliverables to be provided by ElpisDesign
LLP for Paritosh Pathak International LLP.

All the conditions of the Service Contract signed between Mr Aman Gautam, Designated Partner of
ElpisDesign LLP and Mr. Paritosh Pathak International, Founder and Managing Director of Paritosh
Pathak International LLP, will be applicable to this Scope of Work, unless otherwise specified under
the Additions and Exceptions in this document.

Deliverables and features The scope includes the App Design and
Development of Cruise Control.

a. Automatically sync contacts from phone

book
b. Allow users to use the app to add more
details to the contacts like categories,
check-ins, notes, relationship strength
etc.
c. Allow users to call directly from the App
d. Check-in reminders
e. Predesigned email and SMS templates
with merge tags to send quickly message
contacts
f. Login with phone number
g. Deployment to Apple and Play Store

This scope does not include server, domain or email

service cost. It doesn’t include any content development
for the store listings or App Store Optimization.

Due Dates and Milestones 1 Month of development and 15 days buffer.

Payment Plan a. 25% advance payment due before

commencement (INR 37,500 + GST)
b. 50% after deploying the apps to the app
store (INR 75,000 + GST).
c. 25% after acceptance testing (INR 37,500
+ GST)
Additions and Exception to the Standard None
Contract
