MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION

The Prosecution by and through the undersigned counsels

unto this Honorable Court respectfully avers that:

1. It moves for reconsideration on the order, of this

Honorable Court dated 25 August 2015, waiving the testimony of
private complainant.

2. The failure of the private complainant to appear on the

scheduled hearing was due to her sore-eyes.

3. Attached hereto is a notarized Medical Certificate.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, the Prosecution prays for reconsideration of

the order dated 25 August 2015 by allowing the private
complainant to take the witness stand. Plaintiff further prays for
such other relief just and equitable under the premises.
