Dear Sirs,
Please let us have your lowest non negotiable quotation on F.O.R. Destination basis, in duplicate, for supply of following items before
2.00 pm on the Closing Date indicated as above, addressed to the Senior Manager-Purchase, of
the Plant Address mentioned in this Request for Quotation.

Note:

1) Item should be inspected and inspection report along with necessary test certificate should be send for each consignment.

2) 100% inspection will be carried out at firm premises before dispatch by BEML/BEML (SIT).

3) Manufacture date of the medicines should not be more than 6 months at the time of receipt at BEML Palakkad.

4) Individual item should be neatly covered/packed and sealed with Polythene Bubble Sheet to avoid damages. Packing shall
provide adequate protection of products during handling, transportation and storage under anticipated environmental conditions.
Individual small items should be packed in a carton box.

6) Invoice, DC & Packing list (contains all the items as per the drg should be listed and pasted in each kit) must be send along
with each consignment and other relevant documents if any required by BEML are to be submitted.

7) Finished goods should be supplied as per the Drg No:150269007004. Deviation if any, please specify the same clearly in your
quotation and if any quotation without meeting our requirement is liable for rejection. Vendor should submit necessary test certificates
along with the supply as per the Drg.

8) If any rejection of material is found after receipt of vendor supplies, the rejected items should be collected by the firm by
arranging their authorized transportation within 2 days from date of intimation from BEML and replacement should be send
accordingly.

9) As per the drg : 150269007004 alt 02 # 1 Kit consists of (16 items) each having different part no and quantities, firm should
submit the offer for 1 Kit price as a unit rate.

10) Vendor should submit their offer for one complete kit (16 items), competitiveness of the offers will be evaluated based on the
offer for total one kit not an individual item basis. Offers not meeting our requirement are liable for rejection.

General:

1) Please do not forward your quote through fax /email. In case offer is received through fax / email, the same will not be
considered. Offer should submit only thro Post/Courier with RFQ reference on the envelope.

2) BEML standard terms and conditions applies as per the attachment. Supplies should be without P&F Charges. Any offer /
quotation receipt after the closing hours of the due date is not acceptable.

3) L01 firm will be finalized based on the competitive price and the unit rate is firm till completion of the full order quantity
against the purchase order.

4) BEML has the right to increase or decrease the order quantity based on requirement.

5) In case of non-performance, BEML will have option for procurement from other sources at your risk & cost including
liquidated damages.

a) The RFQ is not an offer or a contract
b) Proposals become BEML#s property
c) Bidders will not be compensated or reimbursed for costs incurred in preparing proposals.

6) BEML is not obligated to contract for any of the products / services described in the RFQ. BEML reserves the rights to:
i. Accept or reject any or all proposals
ii. Waive any anomalies in proposals through an addendum
iii. Modify or cancel the RFQ

7) BEML standard terms & conditions:-

(I) Delivery Terms: FOR BEML Palakkad complex.
(II) Payment Terms:
100% after receipt & acceptance of materials within 60 days
100% after receipt & acceptance of materials within 45 days on submission of MSME certificate along with offer.

8) Delivery Schedule: from Jan 2017 onwards as and when required by BEML , since it is a self-life
item.

9) Vendor has to forward their quote in detail like Basic Price, Excise Duty, Tax , Scope of supply etc (as applicable)., should be
clearly specified in your offer. Deviation if any in the terms & conditions must be specified in the offer, if fails it is considered as
acceptable to our standard terms and conditions.
