GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS :

A.  Provision to Carry out Installation work -:
1.      Any alterations in the structural wall / Column opening or any other type of civil work will be in Client's scope.
2.      Provision of free electric point should be made available near work/Installation place.
3.      Secured storage space for delivered material till time of installation will be in client's scope.
4.      During the period of installation, any shortage of material due to misplace and thieving etc. would be in clients account.
5.      Permanent stabilized single /three phase AC power supply near the automation system with MCB will be in client scope.
6.      Power supply should be permanent, stabiles continuous and phase sequence relay/voltage stabilizer will in client scope.
B.  Warranty Terms -:
1.     12 months from the date of installation or 13 months from the date of supply which ever is earlier.
2.      Warranty is Void against any power supply malfunction or physical damage to the equipment.
C. Payment Terms -:
For Supply -: Minimum 50% Advance with Purchase Order, 35% Against Dispatch and balance after installation.
D.  Delivery -:
1.      Within 2-3 weeks from the date of your P.O with all technical clarification, drawing approval and advance payment.
Note -: a. Delivery dates will be consider after completion of techno-commercial terms only.
E.  Transport & Delivery -:
1. Extra as applicable or in clients' scope.
2. Road permit is required for transportation of good.
3. Validity 15 days.
