your surgery.

For the success of your treatment it is crucial that you start your Bone Healing Protocol (attached) at least 28 days before your surgery.
Your Vitamin D3 level should be at 70-100 ng/ml at the time of surgery and your LDL cholesterol below 1.2g/L.
