Gymnastics Conditioning Exercises are presented in the module. These workouts always begin at the top
and work their way down, with varying repetitions. Gymnastic stunts are also displayed; these stunts are
divided into four categories: individual stunts, dual stunts, group stunts, and combative stunts.
1. What are the fundamental positions and proper handling of the light apparatuses?
Balls sideways and front, balls on chest, neck, and down in front are the basic positions in ball workouts.
The chest, neck, low back, upward, sideward, oblique upward, oblique downward, and down in front are
all worked out with wand movements. The fundamental positions and suitable handlings are nearly same;
the apparatus differs only in appearance.
2. What are the different light apparatuses used?
Rope, hoop, ball, clubs, and ribbon are some of the light apparatuses used in gymnastics .
3. Classify and differentiate the type of stunts.
Stunts are divided into four categories. Individual, dual, group, and combative stunts are also performed.
Individual stunts are performed by one person, dual stunts by two people, group stunts by three or more
people, and combative stunts are performed by two or more performers fighting each other, demonstrating
strength, balance, agility, and endurance.
4. Explain the different components of physical fitness that will be developed in different stunts activities.
Individuals' flexibility, agility, balance, coordination, strength, and endurance are all put to the test during
stunts. It also enhances creativity by enhancing numerous skills such as the ability to form, regulate body
parts, and perform rhythmical flowing movements.
