Our potential consumer spends more time on their smart phones and
prefer using social media. In order to garner the attention of our
targeted audience, we advertised using face book ads, Instagram post
& stories, we also collaborated with other related sites, we posted on
our blog, we have our customers review on our website and other food
related website and lastly vlogs. All these things helped in capturing
attention of the general public and helped in furnishing incredible
results.
Our café has many features one of which is that we can receive online
orders for pick up or have it delivered directly to the designated
address be it your house, office, university etc. Our café is committed
to provide palatable, fresh and of the finest quality food which will
awake every dormant taste bud.
SERVICE PROVIDER:
Our products have consistently impressed all type of generations and
have garnered lots of customers. What sets us apart from other café is
that we have partnered up with a food delivery service which not only
delivers the dishes but also the drinks like coffee, smoothie, juices, and
tea at our customers doorstep without anything being spoiled. We have
the fastest delivery in a short span of time. Customers can pay through
credit cards, mobile transfer and also through easy paisa. However,
these services are only available to a specific region or to those area
which are near our locality.

Its uniqueness is to provide the seasonal dishes and day to day
special.
We’ll be promoting by advertising on the social media.
An upgraded version of the app would be launched.

which they would avail more discount.

COMPETITIVE ENVIRONMENT:
We are competing with other cafés like Second cup, Arcadian, Zouk. We
will provide an economical service to customers, they don’t have to
come to place and order, they would avail the service and get food
while sitting at home while other cafes are not providing this facility.
One ice cream bowl will be gifted free to our dear customers on 4
orders of big deals in a month while our competitors are not giving such
offer. We will give our customers an opportunity to visit our kitchen as
we care about their health and we also use fresh and organic produce.
Free disposable utensils will be provided keeping in mind that those
utensils are eco‐friendly. We also provide with food card facility which
can be used to order food it will be rechargeable. 20% discount will be
given on special and seasonal dishes.
MARKET STRATEGY:
The market strategy we adopted is described in following points:
SOCIAL MEDIA: our café promotes our products through social
media by posting pictures. By doing this we were able to attract
more customers. We also post video logs of behind the scenes
and also showcase the process of making the dishes. With the
introduction of internet and social media platforms.
SEO: one of the most important point of market strategy is search
engine optimization. We have optimized the searches in a way
that when someone searches “café” our café name instantly pops
up following are the way we have optimized the search engines.
We have created blog with relevant contents, we have made sure
to use local keywords and other forms of SEO coding and last but
not least we have made sure that our contact information and
address is mentioned multiple times and is easier to find.
USE OF INFLUENCER MARKETING: since social media especially
Instagram and YouTube are immensely popular with our targeted
customers, so we used an influencer who has millions of followers
for marketing purposes. That influencer promoted our business
on their social media platforms and because of that we gained
many customers and followers as well.
IMPLEMENTATION OF EMAIL MARKETING: email marketing is also
a way to gain more customers or make customers regular. We
used this strategy. Once a customer subscribes to our page an
automated email is sent to them. That email contains different
offers, deals etc.
NETWORK WITH LOCAL BUSINESSES: we also collaborated with
other small business in a way that we buy their produce and
exchange they would advertise our café.

Our café has many advantages over our competitors, our employees
are highly skillful, the chefs that prepare the dishes are very skillful and
have trained from high end restaurants. Since we have collaborated
with other local businesses, we not only get good produce but also
these businesses advertise our café as well. We are providing our
customers with wallet friendly offers and deals. We also have also
special discounts and packages which our competitors lack. We use the
latest technology and machines. Our apps also give us an upper hand
and also are different services are also top notch.
ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT:
Our café has put quality as our first priority. We have provided our
customers with the best facilities and we will continue to do it in the
future. Our employees are amazing people, they know about customer
care and they strive to do better and work harder. We have
membership offers and different deals. Our café is working hard in
order to satisfy the customers.
MANAGEMENT TEAM:
We have a management team with all the needed skill set. As a
manager I have clear and effective communication skills both verbal
and non‐verbal. We have a member who is good at budgeting and
savings. We also have a member who is creative and comes up with
crazy yet brilliant ideas which are cost friendly. We also have a member
who is good at handling crisis over all our team consists of amazing
people who work hard to make the café successful.
