• Summer semester will commence from August 3rd, 2020

• Registration Instructions
1. Students who opted to freeze Spring semester 2020
o Departments are required to forward the list of such students to their respective Deans and to inform all
students.
o All courses of Spring 2020, related to students who opted for freezing of semester, will be offered and no
fee will be charged.
o Department coordinators will register announce and allocate courses on AVICENNA.
2. Graduating Students
o Students with D and F grades can register on AVICENNA from 27 July 2020 to 3 August 2020.
o Such students can register up to 3 courses (it includes D and F and improvements of grade courses) ，
however, any exceptional cases may be referred to their respective Chairpersons and Deans.
o Fee vouchers will be generated automatically on AVICENNA based on the number of courses
registered. Students are expected to submit their fee within due date.
3. Improvement Cases
o Students having a grade less than B in any previous course can also register on AVICENNA from 27
July 2020 to 3 August 2020.
o Such students can register up to 2 courses,
o Fee vouchers will be generated automatically on AVICENNA based on the number of registrations.
Students are expected to submit their fee within due date.
Note: For Sr No 2 and 3, UW can offer or withdraw any course based on the number of students registered in a
course and the availability of faculty to teach the course.
