What is compensation system:

Compensation is the process of providing for the material and spiritual needs of
employees in order for them to successfully complete their assigned tasks and thus
contribute to the achievement of the enterprise’s goals.

- Compensation system is a powerful tool for meeting the organization’s goals.


- Compensation system has a large impact on employee attitudes and behaviours
- It influences the kinds of people who are attracted to (or remain with) the
organization.

The roles of compensation for employee:

Human resource treatment aims to improve employees' material and spiritual person's
life, thereby creating motivation to motivate employees to work as effectively as
possible.

Compensation are direct remuneration paid in the form of life support to workers. The
provision of welfare activities (Insurance scheme; meal support shift, lunch,
transportation support; support for medical examination and treatment costs; training
costs, training...) has the effect of encouraging employees to feel more secure in their

work themselves. Employee welfare plays a role in ensuring their lives, contributing to
the improvement of their material and spiritual lives, and thus increasing their work
and work motivation. Businesses that know how to apply and exploit welfare policies
well will have an impact on motivating employees at work, especially effective
voluntary benefits that result in improving work motivation. In addition to the full
implementation of mandatory benefits as prescribed by law, the organization needs to
take care of voluntary benefits with the purpose of supporting employees, encouraging
them to rest assured and work.

Question 2:

The head of the Marketing Department is responsible for monitoring and analyzing the
effectiveness of advertising campaigns, managing marketing budgets, and ensuring all
marketing materials are in line with the brand identity system. Playing an important
role in promoting the image and developing the company's brand, the head of the
Marketing Department cannot lack certain skills and qualifications.

If I were Mr. Ramchandran, I would choose Pramod Kumar as the head of the

a visionary, intelligent, creative and clever.

+ He has a democratic leadership style, as opposed to an aggressive style like Mehta.


Before making a decision, Pramod Kumar often consults with everyone in his working
group. He is a person who is able to adapt to situations, has a spirit of cooperation, has
organizational and executive skills. He always gives the right advice at the right time.

+ All of Pramod Kumar's colleagues consider him a good leader and always feel that
the atmosphere of working with him can motivate everyone to develop to their fullest
potential. It can be said that he has the ability to spread the ability to work positively to
everyone.
