Easy way to reduce stress and feel cheerful

There's nothing worse than having a bad day and feeling anxious all the time. But what
can you do to stop this? If you have this kind of problem I'm sure that you would agree
that you should take up some sport that will help you to stay out of your problems for a
while and keep you fit and healthy.

Sport which I enjoy playing it the most is volleyball. During my childhood I always
admired my sister for being such a good volleyball player. As i grew up I wanted to be
just like her so I took up playing this sport when I finished elementary school.

After a few years of playing it, volleyball became my source of energy. There is nothing
better than having training after a difficult day where you can catch up with your friends
and just think about the game and leave all your troubles beside. Another interesting
thing is that you can meet a lot of amazing people because we always have match with
different teams.

All in all, I think its crucial for people to play some sports because it makes us less
worried and more happy and relaxed. It also keeps us in shape and we feel more useful
and confident about ourselves.
